Great customer service
Our new puppy decided to chew the remote for our tv thoroughly ruining it. Remote4u has a great website, easy to navigate and order. The new remote arrived next day and works perfectly. Great customer service.

The remote control never arrived
The remote control never arrived! When I called, the voicemail inbox was full so couldn't speak to anyone. Exchange of numerous emails with no resolution. They just kept repeating that Royal Mail said it was delivered and gave coordinates but I did not receive a single email from Royal Mail about the delivery, which is very odd as you can usually track the delivery. This was not the case.
