Purchased a replacement battery for my Samsung S20 Plus. The battery arrived quickly, is a genuine Samsung part which was manufactured Dec 2024 and for just under £36 incl P&P and VAT. Had seen a site selling the same at a few quid less, but it had a very small number of reviews which cast doubt on their reliability. Hence going to ReplaceBase, plenty of solid reviews and clearly a supplier that can be trusted to deliver genuine parts quickly.

Paid for a NEW ps5 laser assembly. But got a used/returns unit due to having faint fitment marks and areas of light dust.but mainly a failed unit,that I'm in the process of sending back for hopefully a NEW unit. otherwise will get a refund within 30days!

Purchased a psu for my Xbox one x got the item and the unit looked a lot cheaper in quality and couldn’t screw it on to the board,maybe a quick phone call to company and had an identical unit delivered the next day (sat) even though it was supposed to be Monday all works how it should so top marks for customer service 👍

I had a few issues with some parts, as is normal with any iPhone repairs if you do e ouch of them, and Catherine went about e and beyond to resolve the situation. I have used ReplaceBase for a good few years now and they are trust worthy and efficient.

Ordered a used iPhone battery quick and cheap and it’s 90% old one was 70% which needed charging twice a day new one lasts a day and a half.
