live insects for geckos
Brought some live insects for my gecko all live and well nice size but with the large insects needs more as the size doesn't match but still usable been using these guys for nearly 2 years no problems and on time delivered would recommend

Amazing staff
This is a re edit as my first one didn't upload but I wanted to say a big thank you to this store specifically a young man called dom he was a fantastic help when I walked in looking lost he set me up with everything I needed and gave me fantastic advice and support if he wasn't there i don't know what I would've done i 100% would recommend coming to this place the staff are friendly and helpful they do not try to sell you overpriced items and really care and enjoy what they do and their knowledge is extremely vast a place i will keep coming to again and again

Fast shipping
Fast shipping. At the time.
I see with placing another order for a tub, substrate & coco hide, it has now gone up to £9.89 for shipping.
Which is totally ridiculous.
Cancelled order, & purchased items elsewhere, for not only cheaper shipping, but a cheaper price.

I have a family of Kestrel Chicks…
I have a family of Kestrel Chicks living near me. I was feeding them mice but found Northampton reptile centre and was able to massively reduce my outgoings buying Frozen chicks at a great price with prompt delivery and efficient communication throughout the service highly recommend for value for money quality and communication

I been ordering from these a few times and very happy with my experience and customer services. I have now decided to set up a subscription it's been fantastic 👌 Bugs came fine and healthy. Delivery is great, well packaged. The only thing I will consider is delivering in the heat maybe add something to keep the bugs cooler. As lately my bugs have not lasted me like they have before. I lost half the quantity.

Good business, bad delivery
I've always been really happy with NRC but my last two deliveries have been poor experiences. Both times, the driver simply failed to even attempt delivery. They seem to arrive in the area, then leave without doing the delivery, then come back the following day when the mice had long defrosted as it had been over 48hrs since dispatch. The first time, NRC were brilliant and rearranged delivery quickly for me with no fuss. The second time, I called up on Tuesday, left a message explaining the situation and asking if some more could be sent out. No one called me back by Friday morning, so I rang again. Bloke on the phone was very helpful and has rearranged delivery, but it's frustrating to wait in all day for parcels because delivery drivers can't be bothered, especially for the price of delivery. Appreciate this isn't NCR's fault directly, but I dont want to shop here when this is the experience. I don't buy often, but this has happened now twice in a row. :(
Updated to say - items did arrive thanks to helpful bloke on the phone. Thank you.

We do not usually have problems with this courier so we have raised a complaint with them which should be investigated with your local depot to make sure everything is up to their usual standard. A brilliant company that i come back to again and again for all of my Snakes needs. From their enclosures, to their food and water dishes, hides, and all of their tank decor.
Especially happy with the prices, they're cheaper than anywhere else, with great customer service too.
