It would be nice if the return form was linked to the original order, so that one would’ve have to look up all sorts of order details. Took me about 20 minutes in stead of 2 (as advertised b seller).

It would be better to select the country first, and then offer the courier service. How shall the users know upfront which courier will be used for the individual countries? Does not make so much sense.

Unfortunately the ordered diningchairs didn't live up to the claims, the pictured color didn't match the reality. Sending the chairs back (free of charge, by exception) was no problem whatsoever and the money was refunded within a few days. That's how it should be, many thanks for your splendid service!
