Can't use it due stupid google play excuse. Can't open the app on european officially degoogled device (volla phone). But I can open it in old tablet with no security updates.
Edit after the AI slop reply from revolut:
Device integrity is nothing you can ensure with Google bloatware. Stop putting excuses and giving me the "use your old device" as solution (that device is waaay unsafe than my current degoogled phone due lack of OS updates since 2023, so don't talk about strict device rules when you offer the even worse option in terms of security).PS: software engineer with experience in android app development. Just FYI

Full of Sh1t - Please read the Transcript!
Below is a shortened version of a conversation with agent Baraka. Enjoy the barefaced lies and demonstration as to why Revolut are untrustworthy.
Background: Europcar made an incorrect charge on my card and I had hassle getting a refund, so I contacted Revolut for a simple chargeback. Instead they canceled my card, then lied about it, and caused me huge amounts of hassle by issuing a new card.

Thank you for reaching out to Revolut today, I can see your enquiry is regarding submitting a chargeback. You're in the right place, and I'll be happy to help you with this.
Baraka: I can see that the card ending in #### was used in this unauthorised transaction. For your security, I have gone ahead and terminated this card so no further transactions can be made on it.
Me: I didn't ask for that, nor would I have. Had it happened again I would have. This is now a serious inconvenience as I must change my card on all apps that use it for payment.
Baraka: As your card details have been compromised, we have gone ahead and terminated your card to prevent any further unauthorised transactions from taking place.
Me: The issue is that you terminated my card without asking. Had it been stolen, then yes, it'd make sense. But it's (Europcar) a global company who have obviously made an error that they are just too slow in fixing.
AND NOW FOR THE TOTAL BULLSHIT:
Baraka: I sincerely apologise for any misunderstanding — I want to clarify that I would never terminate your card without your permission. That was simply a suggestion to help keep your account safe. Please be assured that your card is still active and has not been touched.
Me: So now you're saying that the existing card hasn't actually been terminated?
Baraka: I sincerely apologise for the confusion — that was a typing error on my part. To clarify, I have not terminated your card. I was simply suggesting terminating it as a precautionary measure to keep your account safe. Your card is still fully active, and you can verify this by checking the Cards section in your Revolut app.
Guess what? HE HAD CANCELLED MY CARD!
This caused me serious problems and cost, including cancelled hotels, having no physical card while travelling, and a host of other issues.
Revolut love to leave wishy washy responses to reviews. What is your response to your agent blatantly lying? And what are you going to do to rectify this?

Absolute Idiots can not be trusted
Absolute Idiots I been using them and transfering money to them for many years from my uk bank which they receive immediately I now need to transfer my money back after several days of arguing with a robot they refuse to transfer it back as it looks like a scam. What a load of idiots please be warned and do not use them if you need to transfer money also their exchange rates can be extortionate so be warned
