VERY RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT
It is easy, simple and clear. Very reliable. I have been sending money with RIa since a long time ago and only once I had a problem that as soon as I call them they took action immediately and sorted it out (even though the problem was created at the destination of the money transfer)

Your app is a huge step backward
Your app is a huge step backward. Every time I sign in, I have to jump through hoops just to send money. Entering the amount has become a mission, and sending money to a beneficiary whose information is already saved is unnecessarily difficult. Honestly, it's easier to act like my family member isn't even on the list and start over. The previous version was much more user-friendly.

Not so great!
i was able to send without paying a fee because my funds were sent to help somebody in Venezuela.
But has taken too long to hit the beneficiary's account, it has been over 24 hours, and support says it could be 2 days before the beneficiary in Venezuela, who really needs this money to buy food, gets the transfer.
