The up front rates change too much and lead to errors. Perhaps the rates can be shown before the transfer amount is entered? Also many issues arise when sending to Colombia, look into it. I have had many orders cancelled with no rational explanation. I pay salaries for 3 people bi-weekly, can't afford the messes...

The exchange rate when it gets to cash pick is not right. Ria needs to pay out the right exchange that shows online to people rather than less for cash pick up. Not everyone have a bank account in third world country.
