Richer Sounds - Hanley Reviews 

I went into Richer Sounds Hanley to discuss replacing my tv and adding a sound system.
Will made some suggestions on how to fix the problem with my tv (which solved the problem) saving me spending money on a new tv, he then suggested some options re the sound system and demonstrated some speakers.
I was very impressed how helpful Will and Leigh were, even loading the receiver and speakers into my car, I have now installed the AV receiver and speakers, and very happy with them.
I will not hesitate to use Richer Sounds Hanley in the future.

Every question asked was answered honestly and fully. Also further information was given freely when asked about a completely different subject. Chris was very helpful in every aspect, as was the gentleman we spoke to a day or two after our purchase. He provided the information we needed. The service was excellent and professional.

Ive used Richer Sounds for many purchases and always impressed and returned. I was looking to upgrade my excellent LG TV and sound system and they offered to come and review my needs.
Young man Chris came out and spent time reviewing and advising if i could gain real benefit from an upgrade. No pressure at all.
I decided to go ahead with one their offers and the delivery came well ahead of forecast date.
However had some difficulties with install and Chris returned to investigate and eventually resolved the various problems.
So as always went the extra mile so i would wholeheartedly recommend them certainly on cost but even more on Customer Service after sales and the overall experience.

The assistant, Leigh, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped ne to select the TV which was best for my needs.

I initially took our small tv back for repair (under warranty).This was dealt with in a short time period and was informed that it was ready for collection. During the visit I decided to purchase a new tv, this was made available two days later. The whole process was seamless. I would like to mention - Jack, Chris and Jacob for their professionalism and assistance.

Helpful staff, good price

Visited the Hanley branch on Monday afternoon and was pretty sure what I wanted but the manager steered me towards the LG OLED 65 inch with free LG soundbar worth £699 and an extra £10 off for being a VIP member which I had joined the night before waiting for the TV to be installed into my media wall so couldn’t tell you what the pictures like but I trust the manager with his advice still waiting for the soundbar to be delivered not heard anything yet but sure it won’t be too long

as always, service and advice was second to none. excellent deals, good prices

Have used Richer sounds for as long as I have purchased audio and visual products, they give expert advice nothing is too much trouble you won't get the hard sell like some places, and to top it all off most TVs and audio gear comes with a free 6yr warranty, what's not to like.

I had not purchased a system for a long time but I wanted to make sure this purchase was going to be the best I could afford, Chris and Jacob guided me through the process with patience and professionalism, I never felt pressured at any point to purchase.

The assistant listened to what type of music I played.the took me to an amp receiver and let me listen to it, and then with the limited funds that I had. The assistant shopped around for a better deal than he could manage. I am pleased to say he found one for me. I am very pleased with the amp receiver that I finished with

Jacob was great, he patiently explained the latest range of TV’s and the improvements on our ancient set. He also suggested various options without pressuring up towards any brand.We eventually decided on a Cello and are very pleased with it
