Nice tv, worth the price.

We can hope to expect everything to be perfect, but it's not always the case. I'd bought a new TV about 8 months ago, which started getting issues after a short while. Richer Sounds staff guided me through the full process of repair. I'd had a repair and it unfortunately didn't solve the issue. Again, these things can happen. Flawless service and assistance from the staff, and I've had the TV replaced with what I can only describe as amazing. The other TV itself, isn't bad for specs, just an issue that can arise, like many products we buy.

I've been buying from Richer sounds since my grandad recommended then, he always bought from there from day one of the Newcastle store opening, I've been going there for 25+ years, too. And I'll keep buying there when I need what they sell. The staff are knowledgeable without the arrogance I've come across in many other hifi stores. Euan, you're a star. And the other staff I'd spoken to, apologies, I've forgotten your names, but you all excel at what you do. Well done lads.

I do miss the paper leaflets with all the current offers though. Man, you guys offer some serious bargains over the years. The mordant short Avant 5.1 was hands down the best purchase I ever got there. Had that set over 14 years.

Great service but so disappointing Richer Sounds no longer delivering to the Channel Islands. Got my whole sound system from you guys, albeit 10yrs ago. God, I hate brexit!

As always, a great experience shopping from Richer Sounds. I purchased a BenQ TX710 and cannot fault it, so easily set up, finding the 4 corner keystone extremely useful, the image is tight in the masking for the first time ever and the picture quality, only WOW fits with that.

Excellent store and very satisfied with my product, however sales staff at the shop were not very engaging throughout the sale. However a big shout out for Euan who was exceptional messaging info and details to me.

Excellent deal from the Newcastle branch,did a price match no bother, have had emails to keep me updated and the delivery team excellent tracking app and phone calls from the driver well pleased thanks.

Dealt with Richer Sounds some 12 years ago & was pleasantly surprised that they still had my details on file when I ordered a new CD player recently . Courteous service in successfully trying out a CD that my old Denon player could not read on a Marantz unit .
The new Marantz player arrived on time . The packaging was substantial & kept the unit in excellent condition .Well Done

If all companies were like richer sounds, life would be easier and friendlier. I bought a new amp and speakers and had some issues with the people who made the amp. I contacted Richer sounds after the manufacturer decided didn’t help ,they troubleshoot with emails, and when I still couldn’t resolve it and explained I was disabled and that it would be tricky to bring large floorstanding speakers in , they actually came out, double-checked my connections and now it sounds beautiful. They were able to tell me in two minutes something the manufacturers didn’t.
So, you get the best price, long guarantee and customer service who not only know what they are doing but really do help. I’ve been buying equipment from Richer sounds for years and will continue to do so. Thank you very much Newcastle store.

Nice cosy little store, staff don't try to up sell or force themselves onto you to make a sale and a good range of products to browse.
