Had difficulty paying because your system was down but was able to pay by debit card so placed my order ok and got excellent delivery service the next day. Having the named day service is very useful, I think you should advertise this more because it makes a big difference. Anyway, thanks Richer Sounds, I must be one of your oldest customers, I used to visit your original London Bridge Walk store in the early 80's and remember being served by Julian Richer so I've bought many things from you over the years. By the way, I'm very pleased with the PM6007 - fabulous amp.

Purchased a Samsung S99H 65inch, Dave was very friendly and helpful. Organised next day delivery, excellent communication throughout, delivery was very good also. Very impressed with this new TV it is absolutely stunning.

I ordered TV on 21st July and was not given delivery date as out if stock but to my surprise, I got delivery on 28th July which was very impressive

I went to Richer Sounds looking for a speaker cable for my '90s hi-fi. The gentleman who served me (whose name I've already forgotten!) was very knowledgeable, and showed me several options, outlining the pros and cons of each one. I went with his recommendation for my hi-fi, and it has never sounded so good.

I have used Richer Sounds a number of times and always found them to be helpful and competitive. On one occasion a few years ago, I did have a TV fail and their 6 year guarantee proved invaluable, with a quick repair service offered. I have just purchased a new TV over the phone and dealt with Ash at their Romford store. Ash offered some great advice, resulting in a better outcome for me. The delivery service was second to none too. I ordered on the Friday and the TV was delivered on the Saturday. Well done Richer Sounds.
