My intended purchase was no longer available. However great advice helped me make an informed decision to buy a different product, which was higher spec but barely any more expensive.

Its the small things that make the difference. very helpful guy on the phone when i bought tcl 75 inch tv. the delivery was really quick too and carried out respectfully and professionally.

When placed the order by telephone at 9:15 the shop did not open till 10. Staff told me they would open the shop early for me as they were there anyway.

A week after the purchase the shop called me just to check I was happy with the purchase.

Went to curry's to find a TV cabinet for my LG 55'' TV, i bought from yourselves, curry's had a cabinet for sale £350 plus £30 delivery, I refused to pay that fir a tacky bit of tatt, I went Richer sounds on the off chance that they may know where I could get a TV cabinet? Steve manager said we do sell them ,they are on line, Steve looked on line and found just what I wanted, lot cheaper better quality and free delivery, I'll always go Richer sounds for good price and quality service from all the staff at my local Romford store.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Ash for all his help, knowledge and patience. He took the time to explain everything properly, answered all my questions, and made choosing the right TV a really easy and enjoyable experience.

I have bought several TVs from Richer Sounds over the years and recommended them to friends. They never disappoint. They have a real shop and the staff are friendly and helpful proving that you don't have to be on line only these days to sell at top notch low prices. (They are on line as well). On this occasion I'm glad I called in as there were only a few left of the model I wanted and it was about to be discontinued. They managed to get my order in and it was delivered free and on time, in fact sooner than I had expected. With the £10 VIP discount it was also cheaper than elsewhere and whether others really had it in stock was debateable. Did I mention the six year warranty? If you want a TV or Hifi this should be your first port of call.

I received excellent customer service from Steve, when I visited the store for advice on a record player and speakers.

I purchased the product for store collection, where a different employee gave me good advice on how to set up the record player.

Prices are the cheapest available and RS also give a 6 year guarantee, hence why I buy all my audio products there.

The gentleman was great as I was not aware that kind of service exists anymore. The service was extremely good in all areas and I was very satisfied

This is not my first Richer Sound experience and I would come here again: the best level of professional service, good and reasonable advice, next day free home delivery (with tracking, time frame and phone call prior the delivery), phone call from shop few days after about any issues or concerns...and much more like price guarantee and 6 years warranty...Amazing!

Was very pleased with service of staff member. Helped us choose the right stereo system for us , very knowledgable
He spent a lot of time with us and set up the stereo system so that we wouldn’t to when we got home . All we had to do was plug it in !
