Almost perfect.
Everything was brilliant. The only fly in the ointment was that the box was damaged. Initially I thought that was all but, on further examination, the stylus seems to be ‘off-centre’. I don’t know whether it matters and the set-up seems to work fine.

Delivery was faster than stated. Clearance tv looks like it has only been opened and returned- plastic covering was still on and accessories still in their packaging. After sales team were great on answering follow-up questions.

Although I did not select next day…
Although I did not select next day delivery, I had to delay it until the following Monday. DPD delivered at 9.30 am giving me ample time to set up my new TV. We are very pleased with it and the 6 year guarantee. This is the second TV we have purchased from Richer Sounds this year. Great price too.

Returns not accepted
Service was good, fast shipping etc but was a let down that I was unable to return the product. I spent £170 on JBL earbuds to be completely disappointed by the performance of the units. With no way to return the unit for a refund, I'm left with a hole in my pocket :/

I was genuinely sorry to read that you were unhappy with the earphones you purchased from our website.
I understand, of course, that there are important considerations including performance when purchasing in-ear headphones, and that it's difficult to assess these without trying the products first. Unfortunately as outlined within our website returns policy, at the moment we don't accept returns of opened in-ear headphones due to the obvious hygiene implications associated with such products, and the costs involved in attempting to resell used earbuds.
That said, we are planning to exploring other options in terms of what we can do for customers in your situation, who haven't managed to get into one of our branches where we would of course gladly arrange some demonstration options, and in the meantime will arrange for one of my team to get in touch and see what can be done to help put this right.
