Customer Service Agent: above-and-beyond great service.
I ordered an LG TV but only noticed the day before delivery that it was the wrong model; it was for a wall, not a stand. The agent not only stopped the delivery but also arranged for the correct TV to arrive the very next day because I had explained it was a gift for my birthday. He did not tell me he was going to do that, so it was a pleasant surprise to recieve the email advising when the product would be delivered.

Easy to order online. In reflection, phoned to change delivery to the next day. Promptly changed and the product arrived the next day with no extra charge as this was the first time buying from you online. Great headphones too.
