Very quicky delivered and pleased with my wireless headphones, quite alot of settings as only had cable headphones before. Slight issue not getting a £10 discount at the online check out, typical me ordering late night on a weekend. But my email about that to the sales team was swiftly answered on Mon and referred on to the post sales team to organise the promised discount. So was all sorted.

I purchased a portable CD player with bluetooth so that I can still listen to CDs in our car. Having previously bought a very cheap similar item (£30 online) that failed within a few weeks of purchase I then saw a reader's review of the item that I have now purchased in a tech magazine. Significantly more expensive than the cheap turd that it replaced, this bit of kit was available for the same price at Richer Sounds as it is on Amazon. I only buy from the latter as a last resort because I do not wish to help them, Elon and their ilk to own the world. Knowing of Richer Sounds, and that they also have "bricks and mortar" stores I was happy to buy from them. The website was easy to navigate and ordering straightforward. The item arrived promptly, suitably but not over-packaged. It works as expected, although I cannot yet attest to its longevity. Overall it seems to have been a satisfying experience.

Having decided to change my television I visited the R/S website to see what was available and decided on a LG OLED48G6.

After price matching with other outlets I found that the R/S deal was far cheaper in price and the 6 year guarantee was included in the price giving me a saving of 20%.

Delivery was on time and without issue and the installation costs reasonable although I did a DIY install myself.

Keep up the good work R/S very impressed.

The best customer service I have experienced from any retailer. I bought the WiiM Pro streaming device, but there was a hardware issue. I phoned up and was immediately put through to someone who was familiar with the product and knew that the error indicated a hardware failure. He was able to arrange a replacement delivered in two days when the failed device was also collected.

Very quick delivery of our TV and soundbar, also used the installation team, and was very impressed with the speed, cleanliness and service from them. Have to admit normally buy our TV’s from John Lewis, but the price, and service was 1st class.

Excellent service as usual. Everything on the website is good quality and competitively priced - just need to decide the most appropriate at a price I can afford. All items offered are of good quality. Whether on line or in shop it's a good experience. And I really like the business model which almost makes me want to buy stuff I don't need.
