L'idea è buona ma manca il resto...
L'idea è buona: poter prenotare il rinnovo della patente online; peccato però che ci siano pochissime località presso le quali è possibile prenotare un medico convenzionato, ma soprattutto quando prenoti poi ti chiamano per dirti che non solo in quella data il medico non è disponibile, ma neppure lo è mai in quel giorno della settimana. Inoltre, puoi inviare foto tessera e file della firma, ma di fatto non sai che fine fanno, ne se vengono caricati attraverso un server sicuro: io purtroppo l'ho fatto, ma consiglio di non farlo e non lo rifarei. Ho anche mandato una mail, ma sino ad ora non mi hanno risposto (sono passate però poche ore; non hanno live chat o servizio clienti telefonico). Peccato davvero, perchè i prezzi sono concorrenziali e il servizio innovativo.
