Awful company, do not use. Ordered an item for an anniversary gift, paid an extortionate £25 for delivery but it said within 2-4 working days and to be honest I had left it late to order.
Fast forward almost 3 weeks and still no sign of my item, I have contacted customer service who have offered to refund me £10 of the delivery back but can’t guarantee when it will be here! They should not promise delivery within a certain timescale if they know they cannot meet it, and looking at the other reviews this is a regular occurrence. Don’t do what I did and use them without checking reviews, not even sure if they are a legit company

NEVER I repeat NEVER use this company, you will not receive what you ordered I would go as far to say this is a registered SCAM. I paid £25 extra to get my product delivered in 2-4 days. It’s been 16….. I email constantly and once a week I get an email back in a Friday telling me they are working on it. No date, no update, no ETA just we are processing it. I would understand if I’d ordered something substantial but I spent £100 on a personalised book. That’s a lot of money for a book but I was expecting good service. Instead I got the worst services I have ever received backed up by emails by a complete moron. Stay clear.

I have never received my product I ordered for Mother’s Day and will not refund my $115.95 I would like my product I order but that’s not going to happen and I reach out to the email they give and either won’t respond or say the same thing every time. I really not sure if this is a real company or just a way for china to make money as

If I had known I would have had to wait 2 months for my order I would never had made the order. Also it was never obvious it was being made the other side of the world in China. I never received a confirmation of purchase although my e mails were replied to by a long suffering person who must have had to say the same thing to everyone.....we are very busy and we will put your order as priority.
I don't recommend this business in anyway. When the product arrived it was made with the cheapest materials and there was a piece missing so I couldn't stand it up

I should have come here to see the reviews before ordering!! I feel so silly and cheated. Website delivery times are a pure lie. Ordered a product Sept 4th with 4-8 delivery, it is now Sept 19th and no sign of product arriving, clearly now too late for anniversary. Feels like an SEO drop shipping trap. Just do yourself a favour and avoid this site.

Dishonest company and person running this business. Fraudulent. Time for the local district attorney to step in and prosecute this individual.

Well, I've read the reviews on here and up until a week or two ago I would be inclined to agree. But! The order did eventually arrive and I thought it was good quality. Fair do's and credit where it's due. I ordered a photo album and paid for the express delivery. After a week I contacted them. This went on for a few weeks. They did apologize for the delay and agreed to refund me the extra I paid for the speedy postage. Apparently the demand was high which was the reason for the delay. To be fair to them they did keep me informed each time I sent them an email to chase. The product eventually arrived after a month, just when I'd abandoned hope. Credit where credit is due. I'd given up by then and was convinced I'd been scammed. Sometimes you get lucky. I give them 3 stars because I did get the service in as much as they were very apologetic and did agree to part-refund me for the cost.

I paid extra shipping fees for a 5 day delivery. After sending may complaints to the company, the cheap looking product arrived 3 weeks later. There are many other reliable companies that provide the same product but done much better.

When you try to get a refund… nearly £20 to send it back and by time they take all packaging and post of for spending £60 I get £16 back .. do not buy from this company you will not be satisfied

Absolutely shocking parcel never turned up and when I asked for a refund they only offered me a 50% refund

Wish I’d seen this before I purchased :(. Item turned up late, it comes from china apparently. Doesn’t look anything like the photo on the website and it was all damaged. So much for a nice quirky birthday present for my partner. Thing tier ripped broken in two pieces, large cut in the leather on the front. Don’t purchase from them

Horrible experience, took over a month for my item to ship, I paid for express shipping and did not receive express service nor has my item properly arrived. The company is rude and takes no accountability in their lack managing this process and refuses to make the situation right.

I ordered a Mothers Day Gift for my wife. I paid for expideted shipping and it took 2 months to receive the product. When finally received it and the product was broken. I reached out to RoseFeels multiple times and continue to get the run around on receiving a refund. I have sent pictures of the broken product. Definetly do not do businees with this company

My husband ordered my Mother’s Day present from this company on the 1st march, it’s now 2nd June and we have still not recieved this even when ordering with express delivery. Everytime he contacts the company they state the order has been damaged or please give them more time. Constant excuses and still no product or refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a necklace for a special occasion on the 10th may paid extra £25 for 2-4 days shipping to make sure it got here by the 21st. It's the 19th now and order still being processed. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering 😕

This is the worst run company I've ever ordered from. It took 8 weeks to come and once it did come it definitely wasn't up to the standard I expected. The personal statement looked like it was printed out by a 10 year old in their bedroom. It was all creased and printed on the cheapest paper ever. Definitely avoid if u want a good quality present delivered when they say its going to be delivered!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I wish I saw these reviews before I placed my order. It has been over 3 weeks and have received no notification about the product being shipped. I have heard back from company and it they said it is being processed as "urgent" - that was over a week ago and no update since. Do NOT buy from this company.

I would give no stars if it were possible… this company does not deliver. Ordered a gift over a month ago with 8 days expected delivery date and still haven’t received neither the product or an expected date of delivery. Not reliable and not trustworthy

We ordered a present on 18 April and are still waiting for delivery (it’s 13 May). Read a fine print on delivery times!!!
