NEVER use this company for Anything, product did arrive but absolutely terrible, the image was scratched when light added, image was so poor you could hardly make out what it was. When trying to contact them the customer service was horrendous, everything was our fault and then when they asked for images which were sent we got no reply, several attempts made day after day and week after week, we have now given up, they should be arrested for fraud. Please please please do not ever buy anything from them you will be out of pocket and massively disappointed.

So frustrating tracking number wasn’t recognise took so long to get here when my Paperclip bracelet arrived which I paid 79.95 and was scammed it was not real silver it was metal it did not even look like the picture it did not fit it was like a child’s thin awful expensive item which went in the bin I kept asking them to send me a return paid bar code so I could send it back but just got the same one message that it cost them to to post it and make it I said it would not be coming back if it was what I ordered but I’ve got a bad heart heart disease and heart failure so no stress allowed totally opposite wanted to buy my wife a present from me as a memory keepsake I sent messages but had to wait until 2 o’clock in the morning every day for one reply arguing to get a refund ended up with a part refund as I got heart failure and anxiety I told them this but thay still only gave me loads of stress I only got a part refund lost loads of money if I new I could of waited and got a full refund I would of from my bank but because I took a part refund my bank opened a dispute and they won it in there favour i should of waited for my bank to sort it out and I would of got all my money back but I didn’t realise as never experienced any thing like this before SO IF YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED go to your bank don’t take a part refund I don’t do review s but I had to on this Occasion as I’m still fuming about it

Honestly was it worth the money I paid for it probably not. Did I wait longer than quoted yes but only by about a week.

Ordered a personalised necklace and then read the bad reviews so my hopes weren't high. With it being a UK website I can see it being a little misleading but if you look at the details on there site they don't hide that there customer service is based in America and there workshop where the items are shipped from is in china. I got a email around a week after ordering to say it's on its way and gave a tracking number however it wasn't updating so I contacted there support and received a email back quickly with the carrier details so I was then able to track it. When it arrived it is exactly what I had hoped for and makes a wonderful gift. I would highly recommend rosefeels.co.uk my only advice would be to order a month in advance so it arrives in time and compensates for any shipping delays.

Scammers DO NOT USE paid for the vip service 3 weeks ago still not arrived customer service is shocking. Item should have been 5/6 days shipping they claim to be a British company but they are from China offered a £10 refund absolutely a disgrace. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS.
Very delayed even with expedited delivery
I ordered a personalised plant pot for my grandmothers birthday gift, I ordered this with a couple of weeks to go and paid for the expedited delivery which was an extortionate extra cost of £25 but I wanted it to be here in time. Well a week and a bit passes by so I email and ask for an update and they say it is being pushed through urgent production and there’s delays with the carrier that they use. I told them I wasn’t happy with that as I had paid the £25 extra and they refunded me £10 of that back. The gift did not come in time, in fact 2 weeks late. The tracking link that they sent when shipped didn’t work either. The plant pot has arrived and it is lovely but I would not recommend unless you’re happy to wait 4-6 weeks.

Never never order from this site ordered a family tree on the 4th February for my mum and dad’s 60th wedding anniversary which was on the 16th February after multiple emails to them asking where it was and reply’s from them asking me to give 3-5 days , I tried cancelling my payment but was told I had already received the item which I hadn’t . Tracked it to say it had been delivered to Germany then told it wasn’t my tracking number Cut a long story short item arrived on the 10th of March and a 5 year old could of made it 😡 It was horrendous, it was still sticky from glue and just very very disappointing for the price that was paid

English Website running from abroad
Do not pay for priority or VIP, and items will not arrive quickly. They come from abroad and will take weeks to get through customs, etc.
Item arrived 1 month after purchase. I informed them to cancel the order as this was a gift for someone and the occasion had been and gone.
Emails were going around in circles and English translated emails were being sent back, stating they would rush my order at the earliest convenience.
They ignored requests of cancelling the order, completely diverted any acknowledgement of my requests and the fact that the website and company are misleading customers, this is not British and should be illegal to work this way.
I usually check trust pilot for websites, very disappointed in myself, website very convincing.
Please don't be fooled. I don't have an issue with companies outside of the UK but prefer to use british based companies for purchases, especially engraved jewellery items.

Ordered a leather memory book for Valentine’s Day on 4th February and paid £95 including extra for priority service, it arrived 25th February and looks nothing like the pictures the personalised letters are wonky and the picture of the mountains are not on it at all. I paid for extra pages and a gift box also and it came 20 pages short and in a Jiffy bag. I have emailed them and they are not interested. They are also not a UK website but trade from China. This company will end up closing and reset up the website in a different name it’s what all these scammers do! Avoid
