Item was going to be late. Great communication though, responding quickly and kindly and organising me a refund without any hassle. Had I not needed item quickly would've definitely hung on as couldn't find the same thing elsewhere. All in all a great experience!

I ordered a necklace for my wife's birthday 3 weeks prior. The delivery should have been 8 days but it was over 3 weeks, which ruined the suprise of getting the gift. Do not use!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My anniversary was on the 2nd May and with a promise of an 8 day delivery service, I have just learnt that the item is still in China. I told them I wanted a refund because this item is know good to me. No refund offered!. Do not deal with this company. Bad,bad ,bad

With all the negative reviews I was very scared we will never see what we ordered. Although we had to wait 2 weeks over the promised delivery time and had to hustle the company a bit with the emails the necklace came exactly as we expected it to look. I've been wearing it constantly for a month now and there is no signs of fading .
I'd say they have to adjust the waiting time, but overall really happy with the product.

Ordered a leather bracelet with 4 gold names of our kids on it for my wife on the 28th March 2024,said it would take 8 to 10 days.13 days later no delivery tried to contact company with no joy.cost me £48.50

I had a terrible experience.
I ordered a custom bracelet for my wife's 40th birthday and paid £25 for 2-4 delivery.
I emailed them right away asking if possible to get it within 3 days. I was then informed that the factory was running behind and wouldn't make it on time.
I had to push hard to get a refund for the extra high speed delivery which was not happening.
After a couple of weeks I finally get a tracking number that showed no movement for over a week, their excuse was it's the carriers fault...

After around 3 weeks I get an email saying your parcel was delivered, go to your local post office to find it.

I think there is more chance of finding a needle in a haystack then getting this bracelet.

I then decided to make a chargeback from my credit card.

They then had the audacity to email me tracking details, saying it has been delivered and I should withdraw my chargeback

Are you guys even for real???

It's a shame that such BUSINESSES exist in today's world.

Purchased a necklace from them and then I saw all the bad reviews saying to avoid this company as they are scams but that’s not true, I received my necklace today and it’s beautiful and amazing quality will definitely recommend and will purchase from them again

Do NOT purchase / buy anything from this company, paid for item over £45, not even a UK company no telephone number nothing. No return e mails. No return I've lost my code to log in a RIP off company from China.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying! I ordered a bracelet (a gift) for £45 ... supposed to arrive in 8 days? It never did. I had to buy another gift, so I cancelled the order. I had to argue over emails, everyday to get my money back. I got £26 back, no bracelet of course! The company should be closed. I will see if ombudsman can do something about it?? Really bad company... just taking your money! 😞

Ordered a custom plant pot 1 month ago and its still in production, joke of a company which needs shutting down - wish I checked the reviews!

Company advertised as being from the UK. It's not. Company is based in China!

Company advertised 4-8 working days for delivery. It's not

Company advised me on the 16th that the order has been dispatched. Order should have arrived by the 15th!

Order has now finally arrived and I consider myself one of the lucky ones. Still slightly concerned the product might not be of the quality I paid for.

Do not buy

Hard to review something that never arrived. Had to finally give in and report to my bank as it was clearly a scam. Very disappointed as it was a gift for my mum so I ordered mid January. Her birthday has been and gone now. I'm still emailing them most days and just having fun treating every week as another anniversary... Safe to stay they've stopped replying.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered early February paid extra for quicker delivery. We’re now mid March and still no order. I emailed them the date my item was due to arrive asking for an update, they advised it hadn’t even been made yet let alone dispatched. I asked for a refund and they said they only give refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of ordering but would offer me a 50% refund. Absolutely appalling customer service, there’s no reason they can’t give a full refund if the order hasn’t even been made yet.

I was told they’d fast track my item and give me a tracking number, after a week of not hearing anything emailed them again. And same excuse of factory is busy and not processed yet but would contact factory to fast track.

When I told them I’d be contacting my bank to report their company for fraud their response was simply “ok”. they really don’t give 2 sh*ts once they have your money.

Scam company, DO NOT USE. Made the order and didn't receive the item. Asked for a refund and "their policy" is to refund half the payment

Only gave the star to write review. Ordered product early February, still not arrived. Generic emails at 2am requested refund but ignoring me. And now can’t track order online. Do not order with this company they are not from the UK. And you will not get item or a refund.

Just look below are the rest of the comments… do not waste your time or money over a month and still nothing. Takes away the essence of a present for an occasion.

I suggest they shut the company down or take a serious hard look if they can’t process orders quick enough, reply in a timely manner or keep your end of the deal as a business.

I sell cars for a living and would lose my job I delivered this service.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star. Ordered on 29th January, still not even shipped with no update and customer service is shambolic - just making excuses on why it's late and no guarantees on when it will be processed, and shipped. It was meant to be for Valentines Day with a promise of 15 days to deliver - this catches you out by putting in "working days" then takes time to ship, it's now been 60 days + and not had anything.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered something on 30th Jan for 10-15days delivery. Its not even been processed and its now 5th March, missing the birthday deadline of mid February. As for updates they said they'll try and fast track. Still no order. Asked for a full refund and I doubt I'll get that, so have put in a dispute with my bank. Avoid at all costs don't trust their delivery dates as they are false.

Ordered a bracelet for my son’s birthday it arrived three weeks later than original date. When it arrived I was pleased with way it looked I had four personalised names put onto the bracelet.My son was overjoyed he put it on the whole thing just fell apart. The worst gift I have ever purchased and it wasn’t cheap!!!! Very very very disappointed Iam asking for a refund and they can have their beads back!!

Ordered 8 adult & 6 child family figures and wooden block on 11th Jan. Finally received my order a month later after many emails to them with very little response. The wooden block is nowhere near big enough. When I complained & provided picture evidence they offered me 10% refund. What good is that? I asked for another wooden block but after weeks of chasing it still hasn’t been sent.
This is a birthday present for March so I thought I’d left enough time, clearly not!
Their customer service is appalling to the point of rudeness.
My issue still remains and still awaiting delivery of the second wooden block. Definitely not a UK company.
