Ordered and paid for A personalized birthday gift on 4th February. Still not delivered with no reasonable update for reason. Have requested my order to be cancelled today. Not reliable or trustworthy company from my experience so far. I would strongly advise to avoid this company

My item was ordered mid January.. with an 8 day deliver it was going to be here for valentines day wasn't it?!.. no!! 4 weeks later still no item many emails back and forth, just so you know don't expect a quick reply maybe 3-4 days if your lucky!! To be constantly told they are unable to keep up with orders due to high influx of orders. And they had escalated my order.
I eventually asked for a refund.. only to be given the most ridiculous refund policy. Long story short.. they would only refund me 50% of the item price + P&P. I agreed to this because quiet frankly the sooner I had done with this company the better.
I did receive the refund within a few working days.. so they got that bit right!!

Please don't buy from this company, on searching the Internet I found the same product for a fraction of the price anyway..

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Placed my order on 6th Feb. To date still not received. I do get responses to my emails, however only full of various excuses. Last week I had a response saying that my order was in production and should be delivered asap. Today had a response that my order is in "urgent" production and will be delivered asap. Always excuses and when asking for refund, these type of topics or requests are completely ignored. They only responded to my emails if I asked about the status of the order. Do NOT buy from this company.

Absolute joke of a company !!! Placed an order 4th Feb for valentines gift still not recieved.

I would never purchase from this Company again. I should of read reviews first. Ordered a gift on 6th December, it is now 15th February and still haven't received it. It was promised for 10th February in the last email from them. My last 2 emails requesting to cancel the order and get my refund have gone ignored. Absolute joke.

Do not trust this company. Ordered a soul mates necklace, advert said soulmate quote would be in box, and Engraving would be darkened to stand out. Paid full £68 and got a plain black box and Engraving so small I needed a magnifying glass to read it.
Complained and was told to accept what was sent.
Disgusting.

Ordered item on the 5th december - waited two weeks without update, asked for refund was told the refund policy only entitled me to half my money back, told them again I wanted to cancel. A week later they sent the item. Its now on me to send the item back, and i don't think im entitled to any of my money back.

Do not buy from this company.

I order some gift and after 4 days still don’t get tracking number and I check reviews about this company . I text on email I want refund so lady text me if u cancel u will get back 80% of full amount .and what u think 3 days and still no refund made doggy company don’t buy anything from this company

Wow, I wish I had read reviews before I purchased anything from this store.
I order a gift for Christmas and paid for expedited delivery.
This arrived after Christmas. The gift is no longer needed.
I have tried to return this. I am being asked to pay for delivery back to them to get a refund.
So due to their breach of contract (I.e. paying for expedited delivery that did not happen), it now falls to me to pay for returns.
Totally unacceptable. I have had such poor responses from them.
I would not recommend this company at all.
I assume this review will make no difference as there are so many bad reviews already.

Miss represented products, terrible customer service, awful product quality

Finally arrived after 4 weeks its actually very nice 4 stars only because how long it took otherwise 5 stars

Absolute tat for the price - REALLY cheap and nasty product. I paid €25 for delivery within 2-4 business days and didn’t get even nearly this service - it took about two weeks. Every email I send I get an unrelated reply e.g you can check your tracking here or we put lots of care into our products.

I will be reporting to trading standards.

Terrible company. Ordered a personalised key ring from my wife from my kids for her Birthday, said delivery within 7 days after paying for fast delivery, Received 3 months later way after her birthday.

Ordered a necklace over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t got anything. I messaged customer services and I got told to be patient..on the website it stated it takes up to 9 working business day's, and still nothing. Customer service was rude clearly don’t know how to talk to customers. I wish I read the reviews before ordering!! I definitely wouldn’t of ordered from this company.

This is a site based in LA and items come from China, according to their custimer care. I used them because I thought they were UK based! Ordered on the 2nd of Dec paid £39 extra for fast delivery and here I am in Jan and gift not delivered. I think trading standards need to look at this site and I will never use them again, have neither received the order nor a refund.

Absolutely appalling customer service, still have not received my item after purchasing over 2 weeks ago and is still ongoing as they won’t give me a refund. I wouldn’t even rate one star but I have to. AVOID!! ONE BIG SCAM !!!

Ordered on 6th December and product did not arrive in time for Christmas.
They need to give order cut off times for Christmas orders.

I ordered 2 personalised necklaces and after reading the reviews became very apprehensive about them, however when they arrived I was really quite happy with the quality! I wouldn't order as a last minute present however as they did take 3 weeks to come, the delivery choice you make is how long they will take to come after they have been made, not gow long they will take to come once you have ordered. Customer service was OK, I got a reply from an email I sent as I was hoping they would be here before Christmas (they werent) the woman didn't really care and told me to be patient, not great customer service but at least I got a reply I suppose!

I ordered a necklace but forgot to get a gift bag, the woman who I was emailing so very helpful and they gave me the gift bag with £4.99 for free which I was delighted with. Waited weeks for it to come and was so happy with it as it was personalised but after wearing it for 3days the names are tarnished on it and looks like it's years old, very disappointed and won't be ordering from this site again
