We were exceptionally pleased with the experience our driver was very pleasant. He even offered us a sight seeing side trip free, unfortunately we didn't have the time. The auto was clean , they showed up early but did not rush us. Wouldn't let us touch any of our bags insisted on carrying them for us. I'd recommend them heartily.

We made two very different experiences, one very positive,the other rather negative. We booked from Saigon to Mui Ne, excellent service, friendly driver, good car, arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
5 days later we boked again, from Mui Ne to Saigon airport. Car arrived sharply on time, but was a five seater and two small for us and our baggage; also only seven seaters are announced on the website. When we told the accompagnying agent that we had booked a bigger car, he obviously had trouble to organize one. Finally, 30 minutes later, we were presented a car from a local taxi company, which we accepted, since we had to catch a flight in Saigon. One Belt on the rear seat didnot work, driver couldn't careless.
Very unsafe driving, the driver being on one or two telephones very often, very loud speaking. Did not understand english. Driver collided lightly with a bus and decided to go after the Bus and forced the bus to stop on a threelane highway during heavy traffic. Engaged in a shouting dispute with he driver of the bus for 10 minutes or so, and left us in the car.
I tried to reach saigon2muine by telefone, they were constantly busy and unreachable.
Without going into more detail - very uncomfortable and unsafe trip, very bad organization by sending the wrong car, 24 hrs hotline unreachable.
Although our initial experience was very good, there obviously is a quite a risk in booking with saigon2muine if they send unreliable drivers.

We had a great experience on our transfer from Saigon to Mui Ne; the driver was very professional, brought water for us and stopped for lunch on the three hour plus journey. The distance is not that far. However, the roads are congested with local traffic and scooters depending on time of day. But we had a very nice and uneventful trip. We went with the service, as there was uncertainty regarding the trains and baggage allowances. So, it was definitely worth it for a hotel pick-up and drop-off at our destination.

The only reason for a four-star review, is that on the return, the driver was very timid and frankly uncomfortable driving in an urban environment and kept driving 20+ Km/h under the posted speed limit; in the country this is not a big problem, but in the city where it is congested and people are looking to cut-in, it is rather problematic. So, aside from the return experience which was fine, but very slow. So, we would recommend the service without hesitation. Enjoy.

Really glad we used this service, The driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and drove us safely to Mui Ne. The car had air con and the driver gave us water and towels.

On the return journey I accidently left my phone in the car, after about an hour I realised and called the company. They were great and arranged for the driver to return with my phone.

On 6th May 2015 we had a pre-arranged and booked private car transfer from the railway station in Saigon to Phan Thiet. We had anticipated the trip to be about 3 hours but with road works, traffic and rain was more like for 4.5 hours. The trip was extremely comfortable and we were overall very happy with the experience. The only negative aspect was that the driver spoke no English making it impossible to enquire re journey and make requests.

I used Saigon2Muine April 2015 to get to MuiNe. The driver never spoke english and when we had our one stop, we were told it was a toilet stop. When we returned from the toilet, grabbed a bag of chips and on ice cream we noticed the driver having lunch. Too late for us to order lunch now so we went with out. The other 7 members of my family used Saigon2MuiNe later that same day and experienced the same. A toilet break, no english and no meal break. The trip cost them $25 per person ($175). We used a different company (Colour travel and Restaurant Mui Ne) for the return trip, 6 days later at a total cost of $95 in a brand new merc bus with a driver who spoke to us, let us eat and told us some interest points along the way. I used Colour Travel to Dalat , white sand dunes, cable car and many other tours at a very cheap price for all tours.

Booked return trip. The vehicle was right on time on both occasions. Drivers were polite, though knowing some Vietnamese helped. Smooth journeys each way. Absolutely no problems.

I will definitely be using this service again in future.

Our party of 6 used Saigon2muiNe services. Booking was easy via on line site, with email confirmation/ receipt. Pick up & departure times were followed exactly (they allowed us to change one of the times without hassle). Driver was courteous & helpful, although only very basic English understanding.

Prompt service when booking. We had a special request as there were 5 of us travelling to Mui Ne and only 3 returning but we were given a good price for the return journey. I dont know how the price compares with booking in Vietnam but I prefer to have things arranged in advance. Drivers were on time - even early. The minvan was very roomy and comfortable. Water provided. No complaints whatsoever.

For our round trip excursion, both drivers were exactly on time to pick us up, were very courteous. It was a 4 hour trip x 2 and we stopped for a potty break for both drives. The drivers were very professional - they did not use their cell phones when driving. We have no complaints and will definitely refer your company to our friends!

I used Saigon2MuiNe two times during my stay in Vietnam. I found Saigon2MuiNe because I was traveling during Tet and so all public transportation was booked and I needed an alternate means to get to and from HCMC. That being said it was a great way to travel and certainly much more time effective and comfortable than the other options. It was quite easy to book online and receive confirmation pretty quickly. The website sometimes makes it seem that you will be on a shuttle but both times I had a comfortable private car. Definitely the quickest way to get around! Great customer service as well.

I had to make urgent transfer from Phan Thiet to Saigon. They organized a car, which arrived only in 30 minutes. Fantastic speed! Car was ok, driver helped us to adjust seats, so we could feel comfortable.
