We used the ride service from Saigon to Mui Ne and back. It was easy to book online. The drivers were right on time and the whole process was efficient. For those not interested in booking the coach bus service, and who enjoy the convenience and comfort of a private car, this is the choice! For us, not knowing the area at all, the pickup and drop-off at hotels made our lives much easier.

Overall the service was good and came at the right price but it was tainted negatively when the driver took us to a tourist trap for lunch where menu was only in English with prices 3 or 4 times the average price.

For clients fluent in Vietnamese, drivers should leave the choice for the lunch stop to avoid any ill feelings of being trapped for lunch with excessive prices and very bad foods (we did ask previously the driver if we could choose our lunch location...)

Our first journey using the company was fantastic, a super car, great driver, excellent service, so we decided to use the service again. The second time was not so good. Our transport was an old mini bus, with no seat belts. The driving was erratic, and the driver spoke no English at all. We stopped on the way so he could have his lunch, which was okay as we weren't in a hurry, but we didn't expect this half hour addition to our journey. Mixed feelings.

I booked this service online from Australia for 6 people from Dalat to Nha Trang weeks before our date, as usual a little nervous if all went to plan, no need to worry very efficient with very good vans, water available, driver happy to stop for scenic photos, felt safe with our driver, overall brilliant would highly recommend this scenic drive from Dalat to Nha Trang or vice versa

we were looking for a car and driver to take us from dalat to nha trang and were very impressed with the great service. it was easy to book and pay with pay pal. the driver was on time and was such a careful driver. the road was quite windey but we always felt safe. after our good experience
we decided to book our airport transfers and again great service. our plane was delayed by 3 hours and our pick up driver came later to take us to airport and the driver at ho chi Minh was patiently waiting for our late flight.

We were promptly pickup at our hotel at the appointed time and date. The ride was long and challenging for a 200 km journey. The food at the pit stop along the way was rather pricey and substandard. On our return journey, we decided not to eat but only stop for pee break and stretch. Unfortunately, the van air conditioning was not working well and we were all uncomfortable in the heat for the 5 hrs trip. In conclusion, we concluded that the service was great and we felt safe.

We took a car from Saigon to Mui Ne and from Mui Ne to Saigon airport. The cars arrived early on both occasions and the drivers were nice although had limited English. The drive was very comfortable and I would recommend the company.

I highly recommend using Saigon2MuiNe. My wife and I used their transfer services from Saigon to Mui Ne, and then Mui Ne to the airport. Both drivers were on time, very nice, and provided a comfortable car (small SUV). The cars were new, clean, and had air conditioning. The drivers also provided complimentary waters and made a half way stop for food and drinks. The online reservation process was quick and easy too. We considered taking the train, but were soooo glad we used this company instead.

We wanted to drive from Vung Tau to Nha Trang and couldnt find a way to get there by car. Even though the Saigon2MuiNe website had these as two legs of the one trip there where no issues. We simply changed drivers in Mui Ne and had a chance to have a nice lunch and a walk on the beach to break up the trip. Great drivers and excellent coordination.
