I would highly recommend Saigon2Muine to anyone needing a private transfer. I booked our Mui Ne to Nha Trang on line, no fuss. Our driver was at our hotel early and waiting for us. Pillows in the back seat, water for everyone. Our drivers english was not the best but we communicated easily.
The drive went without a hitch and we where there earlier than we had anticipated.
I would gladly use them again.

- The driver was at our resort 20 minutes in advance.
- 2 water bottles per person.
- The driver drived safely.
- Big and comfortable car.

Things to improve:
- The driver did his job, no more no less.
- The driver didn't speak English (or very very little).

Note: The driver didn't have a sign with our name, didn't ask for our passport or anything, but I guess he arranged another way to recognize us with the reception of our hotel. It works out :)

Overall:
Good service that you can trust, reliable, do his job: to bring you safely from a point A to a point B.

As mature travellers & with local transport not available when we wished to travel, I arranged a private car transfer from Vung Tau to Mui Ne with Saigon2MuiNe Private Transfer for my husband & myself in February 2014, prior to leaving for Vietnam.
We were very impressed with their professional service from the booking through to the transfer. Their courteous driver arrived on time, the car was very comfortable & his driving exemplary. After this transfer, we spent a month travelling around Vietnam by various & sometimes uncomfortable modes of transport, made me realise how important comfort is to enjoyment of a holiday. I hired a driver through Saigon2MuiNe yesterday to take me to Cai Dai Temple from HCM City.
The whole day was great. It was a 7:30am start - the driver arrived ten minutes early with an amazing smile and such a welcoming manner. The car was immaculate and very spacious.
The driver spoke a little English so we managed to converse on the way. He was very attentive to my needs - did I need water, did I need to stop etc.
The driver waited in the shade until I had finished at the temple (3hrs) then we drove back in a wonderfully cool and air-conditioned car.
As a woman travelling alone it is important to feel safe and comfortable with your transport. Saigon2MuiNe have exceeded my expectations each time I have used them. I highly recommend their services.

I made an order online (from Muine to HCMC airport) and the confirmation came promply right after payment. The driver was on site on time (actually he was there over 30 minutes in advance). The ride was safe and we made good progress (no unnecessary stops etc.). The driver didn't really speak english but it didn't matter: before the journey started he made sure where we wanted and took us there, which is the whole point, isn't it. :) I would definately recommend this service!

We booked a private transfer from Nha Trang to Mui Ne. The driver was really nice and perfectly on time. He also drove safely. We would book again at saigon2muine and can recommend it to all who need a safe and quick transportation in South Vietnam.

We booked and paid online, no any big problems.
We went from Saigon airport to MuiNe and back to Saigon later.
Nice drivers, good cars, no any delay. And even when there was a 30-minutes delay in the hotel from our part, they did not charge us more.

The only advice I can give additionally:
- Useless to order safety child car seat because the driver had a self-made something that would not give any safety. I think it is not problem of the company but of Vietnam as a whole. In reality both our drivers followed the speed limits so the feeling of insecurity was not so big, I just hold the child in my arms.
- The road from Saigon to Mui Ne is around 5-6 hours and the car stops once for food break. It is always the same place - quick but not really tasty. So do not wait any good food there :) Just nice ice-cream and fresh juice.

Everything was great and as advertised as far as meeting with the driver went. Very friendly guy and had a couple of bottles of water in the car for the trip.

Once we got towards the outskirts of HCMC though, there were a few wrong turns and stops to ask for directions. Would have been a lot faster to use the Pha Cat Lai drive on/off ferry also, but may introduce more issues with directions.

That coupled with driving far below the speed limit on a mostly empty highway made the journey a lot longer than normal. Slowing down to a crawl miles before the next toll booth while the (minimal) other traffic flies past you is frustrating, particularly if dealing with work related time constraints.

I'm using this service again today in the hope that I get a different driver or the driver was just having a rough day.

I travelled from Saigon to Mui Ne by bus. This took over 7,5 hours and therefore I decided I would try out the Saigon2MuiNe service. Although it was nice to experience the bustrip next time I go to Mui Ne I will definitely take the car option both ways.

The driver was perfectly on time at my hotel (even a little bit early). I was alone and had expected a car, but I was picked up by a small bus. Apparently there were more people on the way back. This meant that I had a lot of space for myself, although a car might have been a little bit more comfortable. The driver spoke enough english for some small conversations and took me back to Saigon in a little over 4 hours. We stopped halfway for a bathroombreak and a bite to eat. That was enough stopping time for me, but the driver made it clear that any time I wanted a break I just should tell him.

All in all a very good experience.

Pick-ups & transfers were on time but vehicles were 12 seater mini-buses just for 2 of us! So with no weight in the bus we felt every bump & pot-hole over a 5 hr. journey. The drivers spoke no English so could not provide any information on points of interest along the way. Speed limit is restricted to 40-50 KPH, even 30 on a new stretch of motorway! Police checks every few miles so the journey does seem endless. There is one pit-stop each way so take water & nibbles. Apart from that the service isn't bad as it's door to door. Alternative is the bus (communal wc?!!!) & make sure it's got AC.
Tip: mini-bus seats have no legroom so sit in front passenger seat & enjoy the white knuckle ride of Vietnamese road users - v. scarey!

Everything on time and worked fine

We used Saigon2MuiNe one way, from our hotel to the SGN airport. The driver arrived early, and his car (a toyota SUV, fairly new) was clean and comfortable. I don't think I'd ever visit Mui Ne again, but if I did I would absolutely use this service. The only small issue was that our driver didn't speak English and we had no way of communicating with him for the 5 hours in the car, which was a little awkward. We were able to ask a few questions by going through the bellman at our hotel when we were first picked up, but I wonder how it would've worked if this driver had picked us up at the airport and there was no one to translate for us.

That was a small issue though. I would recommend this service.

For sheer convenience the Saigon2MuiNe.Com "taxi" service provides a personal and minimum hassle free way to travel in South Vietnam. The saying goes "You get what you pay for" - true it is more expensive than the bus but it is quicker, door to door, and above all convenient and you have your own dedicated driver for the trip. My trip, Dalat to Nha Trang (No flight connections currently available at time of writing) meant travel in a 7 Seater Vehicle, over a variety of sometimes narrow roads across the Central Highlands Mountain Range. The driver drove with extreme care encountering at times difficult road conditions and many roadworks en route. In summary the trip was easy to book online and pay for in advance of travel providing a worry free travel plan well ahead of the travel date. The company were extremely helpful and returned my mislaid "prescribed" sunglasses the next day for a tiny token fee of 100,000 VND - just think of the number of like organisations who would have found it too difficult to react at all .So,all in all a great experience.

Our family travelled with Saigon2MuiNe on two occasions in January 2014. The first was between Nha Trang and Mui Ne and the second sector was between Mui Ne and Ho Chi Minh City.

This company was recommended by friends who had previously utilised their services and passed their details to me. I booked and paid for both transfers prior to leaving Australia as I did not want to worry about payment whilst on holiday.

I found Stefan to be very prompt and reliable with my online queries and then making the reservation and payment was also very easy.

We requested a change to the booking time whist in Nha Trang and received a confirmation of the new time within a couple of minutes (excellent customer service).

For both transfers, the drivers were early, the vehicles were modern, clean and comfortable and the trip hassle free with exception to our lovely driver who was randomly pulled over by police on our way to Ho Chi Minh City. The driver handled this complication professionally and did his best to minimise the impact on us but we could see that he was being treated very poorly by authorities.

We would definitely use this company again and will recommend it to others. We received excellent customer service from this company at all times and we appreciate it as this was not the case in all aspects of our travels within Vietnam.

We used Saigon2MuiNe to get from HCMC to Mui Ne and back again. The online booking was easy and the taxi sharing forum is a great idea (even though we didn't manage to find anyone to share with). We had a different driver for each trip and both were very prompt and professional. The cars were very comfortable, clean and spacious and we were so glad to be in them because it was a very safe feeling on those sometimes crazy roads. If we travel back to Vietnam, we will definitely use this company again. Strongly recommended!

We used Saigon2MuiNe shuttle service in December 2013. Friendly and safe drivers for both trips. Although comminication with the drivers was difficult, we felt safe and secure during both trips. Complimentary water provided. Cars were quite new, in very good condition and clean.
