I bought a ring that drains its battery…

I bought a ring that drains its battery very quickly; they replaced it with a new one, but less than a year after the replacement, the same problem is occurring. They are using the warranty period from the original ring to claim the warranty has expired, and the same thing is happening with the watch: it was replaced, developed a problem less than a year later, and they say the warranty has expired. In short, I own two expensive Samsung products that don't work.

My rating is actually 0 stars ... BUYERS BEWARE

My rating is actually 0 stars. Purchased a Samsung Triple Cooling Fridge on 5/31/2021. Aside from the ice maker going out (common for all refrigerators), have not had an issue until approximately 3 weeks ago. Noticed fridge compartment feeling warmer and food spoiling within 48 hours of being put in. Lower 2 compartments (freezers) are working fine. We are fairly handy and self-sufficient and will work through an issue before calling customer service. So, we checked the seals around the doors, pulled the lower grate off the back and made sure no dust build up, emptied the fridge out to ensure no overcrowding and/or blocking of a cooling fan and put a thermometer in all 3 compartments to gage actual temp. Digital display on Fridge door says 34F, digital thermometer shows 59.9F. I also noticed, when we pulled everything out, including shelves and crisp drawers, there was water pooling. I noticed that 3-wks ago when I pulled one of the crisp drawers out to clean it and just assumed my kids spilled something and didn't realize it or clean it up. On 6/25 @ 0919, called Customer Service, spk with "Heidi". She had me check the seals (fine) and then had me unplug unit for 5-min, plug back in and said, "call in 3hrs if it doesn't start cooling." I had to go to work so I called 24hrs later since the fridge was still showing 59.9F. Spk w/ Imanuel on 6/26 @ 1028; he appeared flustered and hemmed and hawed, clearly not sure what to have me do. Finally created a repair ticket. 6/30, am, since I had not heard from the contracted repair company, I pulled up the work ticket to get their number only to discover, to my surprise, it was closed and marked "repair complete"... I even was sent a repair survey. Odd, considering I was never contacted by contracted company nor had my fridge repaired. Called CS @ 1128, spk w/ John, who said the contractor closed out the job because it was done. I was transferred to a supervisor/manager, Joseph, who was frankly, useless and did nothing except say the same thing and transferred me back to a Tier 1 agent, Teresita, whose only solution was to create a new repair ticket, at 1044. It is now 0905 on 7/1, I have called the new contracted repair company 3 times since yesterday afternoon; it goes straight to a mailbox that is full. Today, 7/1 @ 0923, called Samsung CS, again, spk with Reynaldo who stated, "it takes 24-48 business hrs for contractor to reach out." That was not what I asked him about; I asked him to check that the contractor's information was accurate. While on hold, he tried to contact them and came back stating I was accurate, you could not leave a message. He sent an email, then restated the 24-48 business hrs blah blah blah." At this point, I'm more irritated at the shitty... yes shitty, customer service handling, run around, zero care, and blatant "don't give a rats-end" customer service that I have now dealt with for the past 6 days. Professionally (Paralegal and former International Purchasing agent, HR, Office Admin) and as a private citizen who manages a home, I have NEVER experienced such horrid customer service like this. They treat it like I am in the wrong for having the audacity to expect Samsung to stand behind their products when something fails and send a reputable contracted repair company out. So far, they assigned me to a contract repair company that falsified a claim that a repair was done and now they have assigned me to another with a phone number that goes to a voicemail that does not state it is a business nor a name and goes directly to a voicemail box that is full. This lack of competence, professionalism, and care is unacceptable and Samsung appears to have no intention of reconciling the issue and leaves me no choice but share this review on every review site, social media site, and military site (ensuring my fellow military families who rely on competent customer service when their military member is deployed serving this country) warning others of the shoddy customer care they can expect and strongly advising they go with another company. I don't care how good a company's product is, if you have a faulty/incompetent customer service that cannot provide support when the product has an issue, your product might as well be junk. For those reading this, be aware when your appliance has an issue, whether still covered or not by your Samsung warranty, you can expect run-around, incompetence, frustration, treatment that you are in the wrong for even expecting resolution, and to have zero assistance from their management who will just send you back to Tier 1 Agents who are not trained to the extent managers are in handling frustrated customers and have limited resources to reconcile the issue(s).

Odred a phone supposed to be delivered…

Odred a phone supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. Everytime contact the customer service they say it will be there in few days. If you can't fix a single software for you delivery service. Then stop doing it by your self and stop giving the option to get it from your website. And give some kind of access to your order support team to your delivery team so that they can notify of people's situation and fix the suff.

Manufacturer Warranty Experience

Generally, I only like to leave good reviews for companies because I think bad reviews should be taken up directly with the corporation or the business or management. But last August I purchased a Samsung range for my house and this past Memorial weekend it had an issue with the oven. The oven would only be in warming mode. It wouldn't warm up. It wouldn't broil any of that. After speaking with somebody I was able to get an appointment only to have it be canceled because the service tech couldn't get the part. And then we created another appointment once the part came in and the service tech showed up and didn't have the right part. Then we rescheduled again and he came out today and replaced the part and left and when I got home my house smelled like gas. So I called them back and I called Samsung and we have to wait on another appointment. I used to be a very big fan of Samsung. I have owned many phones through Samsung. Never had any problems with them. This oven isn't even a year old. I just bought it in August and I still have to wait to get it fixed. Unfortunately, we have to coordinate with each other's schedules which is very difficult. And then somebody has to spend their whole day waiting for the tech to call to let us know when they will have their estimated time arrival. I wouldn't recommend Samsung appliances to anybody.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator

We bought a Samsung refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher 8 years ago when we moved into this house. We've had problems with the refrigerator for several years, specifically the ice maker. Samsung came out 4 years ago and replaced the ice maker. It's not working again. After spending a half hour on the phone with Samsung they then send me a ticket for repair . I'm supposed to contact the approved repairman they have chosen for me who is more than 40 miles away. The service fee just for coming to look at the refrigerator is $150. It does not apply to the work or the problem with the refrigerator. I called a local repair service who came out the same day and said the problem is the compressor. I call Samsung back and am told that the compressor is still under a 10 year warranty, but I still have to pay the non-refundable $150 to have their approved serviceman come out. I will go buy a new LG refrigerator instead. Shame on Samsung and I'll never buy another one.

My 2018 Samsung Galaxy Watch's…

My 2018 Samsung Galaxy Watch's motherboard went out. They couldn't get a replacement. They said it was going to cost $79, so I paid it. THEN they said that they couldn't get a part, so to replace it was going to be $140 MORE. I paid it. WEEKS went by. I was, eventually, notified that they were going to send me a 2021 Samsung refurbished watch instead. I received it. I charged it. The battery died. I now have a WORTHLESS Samsung Galaxy watch with a DEAD battery that WON'T charge. I'm hitting Trust Pilot next. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. If I could rate a - I WOULD

Worst customer service ever

I returned a warrantied cell phone to Samsung twice and it was returned twice unrepaired. I requested a refund for the phone. What I ended up with was a cumbersome and convoluted process to replace my phone which is clearly intended to have the customer just give up and purchase a new phone. I will never purchase another Samsung product again.

Customer support is horrible.

This is multiple issues, with the biggest part of my disappointment being with their customer support.

First of all after reading so many glowing reviews I decided to purchase their latest sound system, the HW-Q990F/ZA. It wasn't cheap, but I absolutely loved it. Then I got the dreaded "wifi disconnected" error. Looking into this apparently it's a very common issue, and I don't understand why they didn't just put an ethernet port on it. But I also learned that the fix was "easy", so I decided to do it myself (to be honest I didn't want to go without it for a while sending it in for repair). I ordered the required WLAN board, and went to install it after it arrived. It's an extremely straightforward process. Unfortunately in my case I damaged the connecting cable. So I needed a replacement. I contacted Samsung support via text chat to discuss said replacement. This individual was dishonest, and repeated questions and answers that were already covered, several times. I believe this is how remote virtual assistants pad their billable hours. Fairly early on he told me that he couldn't sell the parts to me directly, and to contact Samsungparts.com. I asked if that company was a division of Samsung. He responded, several times, that it was. In fact it is not. He told me repeatedly that I could get the ribbon cable from that source or Amazon. Even after I informed him that I had already tried both sources and they don't have the item that I needed, he repeated it several times after he was told.

To be clear, this is the cable that connects the WLAN board to the main board. Amazon sells flat ribbon cables, which I purchased. But they do not sell Samsung product flat ribbon cables, and none of the cables I purchased worked. Samsungparts.com doesn't carry, and would not order the cable. People like this are costing Samsung money, and reputation.

Disappointing Experience— Multiple Ongoing Issues

I have had significant and consistent issues with my Samsung Galaxy S23 that have impacted my daily productivity. The problems are wide ranging, persistent, and despite my best efforts, unresolvable. Google Maps Integration is unreliable, it regularly routes me to incorrect locations or selects unnecessarily long routes, which is frustrating and time consuming for anyone who depends on navigation for work. Screen Orientation has been a recurring bug, the display randomly switches between portrait and landscape mode without any input, disrupting whatever I am working on mid task. Calendar Settings reset or malfunction regularly, which is simply unacceptable for a business user who depends on accurate scheduling. General App Performance has been buggy throughout my ownership of this device, with programs behaving inconsistently and requiring frequent restarts. I have performed a full factory reset and exhausted every recommended troubleshooting step, and nothing has resolved these issues. I have since been told by other users that the longer you own this phone, the worse the problems become. One user shared that she traced her issues directly to Samsung's own security updates, identifying the bugs introduced step by step through their update process, which is deeply concerning. We are also skeptical of the overwhelmingly positive reviews out there. Samsung discontinued this phone remarkably quickly, which raises real questions about why a flagship device was pulled from the market so fast. That alone speaks volumes. For a flagship Samsung device at this price point, the user experience has fallen well short of expectations. I would not recommend this phone to anyone who depends on their device for professional use.

Samsung is refusing to issue a refund…

Samsung is refusing to issue a refund for an order that was never delivered to my address.

The carrier marked my 40-inch Samsung Odyssey G7 monitor as delivered on June 26, 2026, at approximately 9:00 p.m. The delivery photo does not show the package at my residence. Instead, it shows the monitor—completely unboxed and identifying the product—left unattended on a public sidewalk in front of an well-lit empty storefront on Wall Street.

My shipping address is in a secure residential building. Deliveries are made through the building entrance and into the mailroom—not left on the street. The location shown in the carrier's photo is not my building entrance and the package never reached my residence.

I provided Samsung with:

The carrier's delivery photo.
Photos of my actual building entrance.
A map showing the difference between where the monitor was left and where deliveries to my building are actually received.

Despite this evidence, Samsung refused to issue a refund and instead instructed me to file a police report because the purchase exceeded $200.

I explained that I cannot truthfully file a police report because nothing was stolen from me. The monitor was never delivered to my address. This is a delivery failure or misdelivery—not a theft from my possession. Requiring customers to file police reports in situations where the carrier failed to complete delivery is inappropriate and places an unreasonable burden on consumers.

I am requesting a full refund for an item that Samsung cannot demonstrate was ever delivered to my address. Samsung should be holding its delivery partner accountable instead of requiring customers to report crimes that did not occur.

Desired Resolution

I am requesting:

A full refund of my purchase price.
Acknowledgment that the delivery was not completed to the shipping address.
A review of Samsung's policy requiring police reports for obvious delivery failures and misdeliveries.

Do not use Samsung Trade-In!!!!!

Do not use Samsung Trade-In!!!!!

It’s a huge scam. My husband and I sent in two phones in perfect condition (S23 Ultra 512GB), and they found different reasons to claim they were defective (back case coming off or dead pixels) and asked us to pay £150 for this. I was naive and paid it... now my husband is requesting his phone back.

Please do not use Samsung Trade-In!!!

Samsung A series phones

Samsung A16 5G or an A17 5G that are offered free at Walmart STRAIGHT TALK or whichever wireless provider is having a promotion, don't accept those phones. Those phones are not free. You have to pay $90 in taxes that day. In order to not pay any more on the phone, you have to keep the service, but if you drop the phone or bump the phone one little bit and get a crack on the screen, the phones just completely goes black. Can't turn it on, can't charge, It won't do anything. Yet I had to pay for phones that I recycled and no longer own. Good job Samsung for making a piece of crap phones and going through Walmart and other wireless providers and offering them for free. When they're not worth a damn. They are garbage people. Remember that if you want a good phone, I suggest you not go with the promotions that offer free phones. Get a phone you know, it's gonna be worth it and reliable, A16 5G and A17 5G are no good. Any "A" series Samsung phones are no good. Do not waste your money or your time, even thinking about buying one.

I cannot believe such a large company…

I cannot believe such a large company have so many defects! Product Defects, Quality control Defects, Customer Service Defects, Technical Support Defects !
not to mentioned i own multiple properties and USED to buy Samsung products, almost each and every one of them had very early issues,,, and many time under 1 year old! customer service was horrible! they keep insisting to use all this "Smart Humans from 3rd world countries" and the automatic AI Chats, to save money, but they causing so much frustrations to customers who paid their TOP Dollar for "Excellent and Reliable Brand Name" we work very hard for this money, and we get bad quality products, nice design with 0 rating of product functionally , then they make us speak to this service people the DO NOT KONW ENGLISH, have no knowledge of how to speak we customer beside keep saying "i apologize " like ROBOTS. I DO NOT need your apologize i want the product to work as i paid for it in full , you wasting 1 hour of my time on the line 3 days in a row each time 1 hour, each time not solving the problem, each time not sending a technician , and keep giving you bullshit answers about troubleshooting (disconnect from the wall and connect back). after passing the troubleshooting, they do not receive in their text message system the attachment of the invoice which is not supported in their system is even after screenshot the receipt still they do not receive, spoke multiple people , took me over 1 hour to get a supervisor, and they all say the same thing, what an incompetent company , i cannot believe a company in this level as Samsung have this issues. so many issues,
The funny thing is my phone is Samsung phone, sending them messages in Samsung text messages, to their Samsung system, and still not working ,,, that should say it all !
i really thinking of never purchase from them a product ever again, including a phone, and appliances, as an investor i will find other companies.
what a HORRIBLE Experience .
all of that, just so they can make few more dollars, but we the customers will suffer from this time consuming, headache, frustration.

I had samsung s23 ultra. Samsung released new android update. I updated to the latest software. In a week the new android version destroyed my phone motherboard. Now my phone is in constant reboot mode.
Looks like Samsung is deliberately release updates which destroys your old phone and then you are forced to buy a new phone. So that they can up their sales. These has happened to many people. It also happened to my sister.
