Sales lady think she was called Ksen was fantastic. No pressure just information and questions answered in a relaxed atmosphere.
The whole store has a relaxed feel about it.
Not received the chair yet but wait time was clearly explained.

The delivery men were very good and helpful.

We went up to have a look for a new sofa and chair and thought we would have to take it turns as we had a 10 month old puppy with us but where welcomed with open arms with dog in tow, paul at cribbs store was brilliant, understood are needs and requirements and took us to the perfect sofa, we are a bit old school and wanted to pay cash which again wasnt a problem...i couldnt thank them enough for good old fashioned customer service, actually listening and understanding our needs. First class

Great selection in store. Slight delay on the delivery date but flexible on choosing a suitable day. Delivery notifications pre & on the day couldn’t have been better.

The whole experience at your Cribbs store was very good. This was due in part by the attitude and knowledge of Stuart. His patience and knowledge of the suites in store was excellent.

We were surprised the store at Cribbs had sofa beds in stock to show us as other furniture stores hadn't and Sofie was extremely helpful with information..we made a satisfied purchase.

Lovely staff brought a display sofa and arm chair just dissapointed that it takes so long to deliver whe it`s already at the store

Have not been greeted and assisted in the manner in which the staff dealt with our query and especially the knowledge and help we received from the manager

It was the depth of the mattress which sold it to us and we're yet to see if the colour chosen is right for our lounge (as we could only see the sofa with that colour in shop lighting).
However your staff were very helpful and friendly, plus the free bag and tape measure made a huge difference!!! 😂
