Kseniia served my group and from the minute we walked in, her customer service was outstanding. It didn’t matter how many sofas, fabrics, variations etc we talked about, she was enthusiastic, patient and professional throughout. Her colleague had said she’d started only a month before, and we were amazed by her knowledge of all sofas. She explained everything thoroughly and effectively. The sofa prices and quality were great and we ended up purchasing a sofa, cuddle chair and foot stall.

We visited the store 1st Feb to look for a new sofa.

On arrival we initially saw Lowri, who askwed if we needed any help. At that time we were just looking at what was available.

After about 30 mins we located Lowri and enquired about the one we had identified as being the one for us.

Lowri was exceptional from start to finish, offering advice.

We left and checked the other stores at Cribbs but nothing matched what we had seen in SCS. We returned and again spoke to Lowri. We took some measurements, went home to make sure that it would fit in the space, in our lounge.

We were returning on 4th Feb to complete our order.

On the morning of the 4th Lowri contacted us to confirm if we were still coming to the store and stated that there was now a further 5% off offer.

Excellent customer service.

We returned that afternoon, choose the sofas/colour all nice and straightforward.

Lowri was was excellent from start to finish and an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.

We were told it should be delivered at the start of April but received a message to say delivery would be the 31st March.

Again, excellent communication from the delivery company/drivers on the day, who delivered the suite early, unpackaged, built, took away packaging and left a fabric care package for our use.

Cannot fault the whole process and would definitely recommend.

We bought The Mersola 3 seater and chair. The salesman if I'm honest was way over the top and a bit too friendly however we chose them and came away happy. We noticed the following day that he had not informed us the headrests came electric (we bought manual) however we were in time to change the order with an additional charge. 14weeks later they arrived. I was not happy with delivery I thought they would be wrapped I was wrong. Thank god it wasn't raining. We did have an issue with one however engineer came out and fixed it. He did say it was a common problem. The sofas look great and extremely comfortable. Would have been 5 * but did have a few problems.

They delieverd the wrong sofa. Different colour.I wasnt there to take delievery my son was. He messaged me a picture of the sofa wrong colour. 2 hours later i have a phone call when iam working. Sorry weve delieverd the wrong sofa. We have to come back and change it.

Brilliant service in branch but when it came to delivery all be it earlier than expected when it arrived the delivery men tried to ram the sofa through the front door even though the garage and back door was open after first assessing the routes, also advising the garage would be easier! After not being successful with the front door, they then tried the back door which the first piece went through. When trying the second piece they were very rough with it ramming it through the door several times and getting very annoyed! Then once the sofa was in and put together one of the men never checked the sofa or property for damage made me sign to say everything was ok with out giving me time to check. Only to find once they had gone that the head rest was broken and the fabric had a hole and was misshaped.

We were very impressed by the SCS Sofas delivery team (Bolt Catalin). They had initiative, delivered the item with care and professionalism, tested everything and were very thorough and organised. And very strong too carrying the furniture effortlessly, taking care not to graze the door and walls. Overall, a very good experience. Sincere thanks to the two-man crew. Highly recommended.

Furniture available on date estimated when we bought it. Received call evening before to confirm time slot. Delivery drivers arrived on time (0645!) and were quick and friendly (thanks David and Charlie).

From visiting your store, where we were greeted by Rob, and ordering our Sofa bed, which looks great, to Andrew delivering, the whole process was amazing. We were kept informed all the way, even to having Andrew who delivered our sofa bed, ringing us a couple times apologising for running behind, due to traffic from Clifton to us. He still arrived before the original time we were given. Would recommend anyone looking for furniture to definitely visit SCS.

Was not happy that they sold item beginning of December when it was being on sale just after Christmas. There was no rush to have it delivered before Christmas and was delivered on 19th. On 26th it was reduced by 4 or500 pounds. Won't use them again!

My 3 corner sofa arrived early. The delivery men Karol and Dima were very professional ,friendly, helpful and polite. Set everything up and took away all packaging. I am delighted with my new furniture.

Updated delivery schedule which was adhered to.

Furniture order came in two deliveries. Faulty furniture on both occasions. Staff initially very helpful but just received notice that although the latest delivery can be repaired there is a 12 week lease in time for the parts. So I waited over three months for the furniture and now I have to wait another three months before it is fully functioning. Really not good enough and I hope some recompense will be offered.

I would give 5 stars to your delivery driver Josh and his colleague they were excellent. Josh called me before hand to let me know when they would be arriving. Unfortunately my delivery slot was right in the middle of the school run. I mentioned this to Josh and he got to me a little earlier and got the sofa in and unwrapped really quickly. He engaged with my 5 year old grandson and it was a pleasure to have him and his colleague in my house. Could not have asked for more from them.

However I could only give SCS delivery team 4 stars because of the poor service I received prior to the delivery.

On two occasions the staff at the store put a note in my file to say delivery has to be after the 27th November both times this was ignored and I had a delivery booked in for 27th - the day my new carpet was being fitted.

Eventually the store said could I take an afternoon delivery in the 27th I said yes that would be fine. Then the day before I am told the delivery is booked in for 0830 - absolutely no use to me as carpet not being fitted until 9am.
The store manager said she would cancel it and rearrange for the following week. However I still received text messages and emails saying you would be coming on the 27th including a text message at 06.30 that morning saying you would be delivering at 08.30 that day. Very stressful not knowing if I was going to have to turn away a van and a driver who would then be stuck with my sofa on their van in the way of other deliveries. Fortunately they didn’t turn up

If it wasn’t for Josh saving the day with his fantastic service today I would have given this review 1 star. Josh definitely deserves 5 stars but the delivery team / process as a whole was painful and disappointing.

The store staff and the manager at Cribbs were very good more than happy with the service they provided and the fact that the manager had put a note in her diary to check my delivery and picked up on the fact that what should have been an afternoon slot was a morning slot so cancelled it and rearranged it.

You really need to address the way the deliveries are managed as that was definitely the weak part of the whole process - notes were ignored on three occasions messages sent to me despite cancelling and rearranging the date. Every other aspect of my purchase and delivery was great

Our sofa arrived on Wednesday, brilliant from start to finish. Delivery drivers were excellent but it all together plugged everything in and explained everything. Absolutely over the moon with it .
