Very friendly and helpful, great job

NEVER BUY FROM SCS AGAIN.

We had several attempts to contact them regarding a simple delivery query and got no response. No one ever answered. When we finally did they didn't allow me to speak unless it was the purchasing person - even though it was a question and not a change. They provided an email and we emailed with no response until the latest on Friday with a passive aggressive response (i.e. get it delivered on this day or not until next year - which wasn't what I asked).

When the delivery drivers came (we paid for installation, up a flight of stairs, etc. - all noted in the order), they were moaning about the sales people at SCS. Once up, they had muddy shoes and refused to take shoes off for H&S reasons, which is fine, but had no shoe coverings like the other major installers tend to do (Sky, BT, etc.). They stamped all over the carpet ruining it. At this stage they threatened to take the items back, which my wife said go on then (she was alone when they arrived). They started smirking and acted condescending, before my wife kicked them out -both delivery people were standing there being intimidating and smirking. The item was left unbuilt and the carpet muddy. Shocking experience. This is our first and last purchase from SCS. Irrelevant if they use external companies or not - it's on SCS

Edit in response to SCS reply - the contact form simply doesn't work. Pictures get added (6) and it asks for more. Not good enough.

Great service, friendly drivers, very quick at assembling the sofas, took all the packaging away.

Steve and Jake delivered today and were lovely, very good at putting it together and even changing it when I couldn't decide which way it went, they were helpful and really nice

The sofa is just what we wanted. Finest Italian design and perfect for our needs.

I’m very happy with my purchase from SCS. From the selling point to the delivery & communication in between, everything was truly great. We were supported & well-guided in the shop to make the right choice for our house. The crew who delivered the sofas to our house were truly professional, carried it to the upper floor, fitted it in & showed us some tricks. They removed all the covering & boxes & took it back with them. It was a bonus that it was delivered before the expected date. Overall, very satisfied with the whole process. Thank you

I was informed of the delivery arrival time. The 2 delivery men were fantastic. So polite, professional and friendly.
They moved the furniture in, set up the sofa and armchairs and showed me how to use them. All rubbish removed too.

I had a sofa/bed delivered by SCS this morning and was really impressed with their service. From the communication the week and day before to tell me when it would be delivered, to the 2 men (Paul and Sean) who arrived within 10 minutes of their promised timeslot. Everything was as expected and they couldn't do enough for me. I will definitely buy from SCS again in the future.

Had a fantastic experience today with Kat, she was really kind and helped me through my purchasing journey. There were no pushy sales tactics and I have now placed an order for a fabulous new sofa and chair that are due a lot sooner than I anticipated! Keep up the good work Kat, you’re an asset to SCS!

When in store last week, we were supported by Dave - a wonderful member of the team. We were provided with plenty of information, whilst at the same time not being too pushy or intrusive.
We were given all the time and information needed to buy our new sofa.

My family and I are beyond happy about the service provided at the store. We walked by just looking and ended up with brand new 6 unit of INCANTO D Artista and coffee table.
Kat, Mark and David we’re beyond lovely, I don’t want to sound dramatic here but honestly I felt like we have been dealing with this brand for decades, it felt like a welcome to a new comfortable family. (Sorry if this sounds dramatic and cheesy haha)

The price we got the units and the table and service and all the complicated details were sorted so fast annd smoothly,and they were really helpful and supportive, I’ve never dealt with an easier process and we were very, no. we were Extremely happy about everything.

Called into team valley branch today and was helped by Kat she was really really helpful . We couldn't make our minds up about colour she asked about colour on our walls and other furniture in our room helped by bringing samples to look at. She was very patient helpful and friendly

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Robert & Kai were fast & efficient despite having a difficult access to the property. Details regarding the furniture were fully explained , all packaging quickly removed, and I couldn't fault their customer service.

Called in today to look at sofa's, staff were pleasant and helpful also knowledgeable, thanks to Nikki and Jane for a good experience
