Very good from the minute I entered the store to the delivery

When in store last week, we were supported by Dave - a wonderful member of the team. We were provided with plenty of information, whilst at the same time not being too pushy or intrusive.
We were given all the time and information needed to buy our new sofa.
It was a very pleasant experience.

Great service all items delivered with care fully set up and all packaging taken away with delivery crew.

First of all, A special thanks to the employees of ScS Kat, David and Mark from ScS Gateshead Team Valley, you guys were beyond amazing and really lovely, we had a beautiful and fun experience :)

My family and I are beyond happy about the service provided at the store. We walked by just looking and ended up with brand new 6 unit of INCANTO D Artista and coffee table.
Kat, Mark and David we’re beyond lovely, I don’t want to sound dramatic here but honestly I felt like we have been dealing with this brand for decades, it felt like a welcome to a new comfortable family. (Sorry if this sounds dramatic and cheesy haha)

The price we got the units and the table and service and all the complicated details were sorted so fast annd smoothly,and they were really helpful and supportive, I’ve never dealt with an easier process and we were very, no. we were Extremely happy about everything.

So thank you ScS for hiring these amazing people and for the amazing quality of the furniture, and letting me and my family have this beautiful experience.

Called into team valley branch today and was helped by Kat she was really really helpful . We couldn't make our minds up about colour she asked about colour on our walls and other furniture in our room helped by bringing samples to look at. She was very patient helpful and friendly

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Robert & Kai were fast & efficient despite having a difficult access to the property. Details regarding the furniture were fully explained , all packaging quickly removed, and I couldn't fault their customer service.

We were impressed with friendliness and competence of the staff. When we picked our purchase they explained the timeline of the order and delivery procedure. We are very pleased with our purchase. The delivery men kept us informed of the time slot and kept to it. They were lovely ,also assembled the sofa's and took the covering away..

Delivery came on time, delivery drivers professional and friendly, set the sofas up, and took the rubbish, brilliant service

Friendly delivery guys. They tried all ways to get the 3 seater through my front door but couldn’t. So this will be taken back to the factory to be taken apart then reassembled in my property at an additional charge. Unfortunately the delivery drivers forgot to leave my leather care pack but marked it as delivered successfully so hopefully this will be delivered by the upholsterer in due course.

The delivery team was very friendly and delivered and installed the sofa-bed upstairs with no issues at all. We were shown how to use the sofa-bed and any questions were answered. Very professional service.

Wonderful customer service today when we popped into the Team Valley store from Nikki and Kelly. No hard sell and really appreciate the time spent with us helping us choose the perfect chair and couch. Really relaxed atmosphere. Can’t fault our experience.

Cannot fault SCS or their lovely delivery staff. Getting the suite into my home was very awkward, due to the layout of the house, but they got it in and installed in no time at all. Lovely guys and very friendly and courteous. I am over the moon with my new suite. I wasn't able to accept the suite on the original delivery date as my flooring wasn't finished, but they helped me out hugely.

1st class delivery service!! We were kept informed on updates re delivery. The two lads were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. The sofa was unpacked and installed very efficiently, instructions relayed well and all packaging removed. BRILLIANT!!!

Two month old sofa is sagging and has dropped. Recliner already making horrific clunking noises. Left messages for a call back FOUR times had no response at all. At the end of my tether with this company. Save your money. Don’t waste your time. Happy to take your money but don’t respond when there’s a problem. Sofa was only delivered 9th May! I want my money back!
