Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with. Had a problem with my delivery going missing, they send me a new item out ASAP, with a different courier. Only for the original item to turn up on the same day as the replacement.

Great customer service
Ordered 2 sets of screw lock quick repair links, despatched very promptly, unfortunately Royal Mail lost the packed. I contacted SecureFix the day after I was expecting the parcel, I got an immediate response and after they tried contacting Royal Mail, another set of my order was re-sent, without any quibble. I will definitely be using this company in the future and highly recommend them.

Royal mail was late delivering my original order, secure fix direct sent me another order, in the meantime the first order got delivered and instead of me sending it back they told me to keep it. In my opinion this shows how good this companies customer service is, and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others

I can see that our team reached out to you on the 10th October 2023 but we failed to receive a response and later we reached out to you again on the 24th October 2023.
I see that there was then communications between the 24th and 25th October 2023 between yourself and Jason, a replacement product was requested by yourself as opposed to a refund, so a replacement item was sent out.
We haven't received any confirmation from yourself confirming that you received the replacement (original ordered item).
We once again apologise for what happened, I trust that all is resolved, if not, please respond to our email. A follow up email was sent to you on 22nd November 2023 as there was no response to our last email sent to you on 26th October 2023.

We certainly do not endeavour to go out and ignore emails, we wouldn't have a business if we did! So I can only apologise that for some reason you have failed to recieve a response.
As you will be aware, we contacted trustpilot to ask for your contact details so that we could contact you about your review and ask for your order number so that we could investigate. We recieved your contact details and emailed you on the 22nd September, I can see that we have not recieved a response.
I can also further confirm that we reached out a second time on the 29th September. Today is the 10th October and I can, again, confirm that we have recieved no response.

Fantastic customer service
I placed an order a few weeks ago and there was a technical hitch where my username and email adress all went out of sync. I contacted them witand within 24 hours - they had located the problem, solved it and sent me a goods. They were in constant contact with me - excellent communication even on the coronation weekend. From a customer service point of view I would absolutely recomment them and use them again as I have total confidence that should something go awry - they will take it on and solve it. Excellant

Great customer service and excellent communication
I ordered a rear warning sign safety reflector, it arrived with some slight damage, which was possibly caused in transit. I contacted them to let them know and immediately got a response from Richard, offering to send a replacement. A perfect replacement arrived a couple of days later. Excellent customer service and communication throughout, I will definitely buy from this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other buyer’s.

Item didn't arrive when expected due to the recent strikes etc, however, was sent replacement via a different courier without an issue. Email communication was polite and easy. Both the original item and replacement arrived on the same day. Highly recommend! 👍
