Absolute scam. The Selecra vending machine in Kastrup Airport took 90 DKK for 2 items and never vended them. No customer support, no receipt. No food. It's 10PM and nothing is open. I've been flying all day. I literally will not stop until i get this refund clearly this is a known issue. Unreal. It's a vending machine, not rocket science.

DO NOT BUY from SELECTA SMART MACHINES. Honestly the worse service. Took £12 for 2 items. Should have added up to less than £5. Disgusting service. No reciept. Or customer service contact number. This is the second time I’ve used it at East Croydon station. I won’t make that mistake again.

I was at a train station in Manchester at the weekend with my 9yr old daughter who wanted a bar of chocolate and a drink for the journey home to Preston so bought her a bottle of orange and a Mars bar but had to be thrown away due to the drink being 2& a half YEARS out of date and the Mars bar was white to say I was disgusted is an under statement my daughter could have been made very ill due toe negligence if this so called BIG company never again will I purchase anything from your machines MANAGEMENT GET A GRIP

Just lost a couple of quid for a chocolate bar that didn't dispense. Presumably amounts are small enough that nobody can be bothered to fight for a refund.

Robbed by vending machine in warwick hospital. Same as many other people below, ordered one drink and got changed 4 times as it said card not accepted.

Going through the other reviews I’m not even going to waste my time trying to get refunded.

Tried to use on of their vending machines in a hospital to get a drink.

4 attempts failed showing "error" so no drink, however they helped themselves to 4 x £1 from my card.

Utter scammers

Used one of thier vending machines in the gym purchased bottle of water for 1.50 it said error try again so I did 3 times eventually got the water but checked my bank statement they've charged me 1.50 4 times in a row for 1 bottle of water my online banking shows they took 1.50 4 times in a row but I only got 1 bottle of water so I've basicly paid 6 pound for 1 single bottle of water disgusting robbery machines don't ever use them

The machine worked OK once I figured out how to use it. The instructions could be more specific, but did dispense what was wanted.

Awful - purchased £1.40 bottle of juice, said £1.40 on the screen but my card was charged £5. Outrageous and still trying to get my refund

Using one of the Smart vending machines; it was reporting that I had taken items that I hadn't. Even when the wanted item was returned it still reported that I had taken a chicken tikka, and so charged me for it.

Telephone number for faults / concerns is useless for out of hours service.

So now I have been debited for a chicken tikka that I never had. I will never use these machines again.

Bought a coke from b&q selecta machine . Payed by card but machine stopped working . Told nothing to do with b&q . Also told to phone number on machine what a farce. After reading reviews I think selecta is a scam and will not use there machines again . I will also tell as many people as I can to do the same.

Machine at Birmingham International station took credit card payment but did not deliver item.

Like others used one of their vending machines didn't recieve the goods due to an "error" yet have still been charged completely unacceptable in this day and age the machine displayed error message so should really log and refund the payment card. Least it could do is chuck out a receipt for you to claim back or give an option to scan a qt code or something when error occurs. Will never use a card vending machine again. Big fancy machine touchscreen etc. And it still ends up robbing you like they did when they were coun operated

Took £1.10 for a coffee I never got at a hospital that I work for. Many emails and phone calls later I have been going around in circles. Its an absolute shambles. They confirmed by card number on the first call so they clearly found the transaction, they've had bank statements and screen shot proof and still reckon they can't locate the transaction. 3 months later I've told them to keep the money as I haven't the energy and I'll just make sure that machine never gets used. What an utter joke.

Absolute scammers. Ripped me off £10.00. Offered me 70p in return.

Tried to use my last coins to get a drink at the airport before flying back. The machine just swallowed the coins and didn't give the drink. It was impossible to get the money back either. Nowhere did it say in the machine that it doesn't take cash. I complained by email and they offered compensation. Their letter turned up today with a compensation in stamps!!!!

£2 taken for nothing. Ok so it's only £2 but "error something went wrong" then still taking payment is not acceptable. Don't use their machines.

Not even 1 star. DO NOT RENT ANY EQUIPMENT FROM THEM. We are taking them to court. That's how bad it is now. Not a trustworthy company.
