HORRIBLE LEAD GENERATING SERVICE...STAY AWAY!!
I have NO idea why I didn't check them out on reviews prior to signing up!! This is a trash lead service, with trash leads!! The referrals get 20 calls when they never submitted their information, so really not sure how they are capturing their contact information. Out of all the leads I have received from them, THREE MAY BE potentials but nothing has closed since I started this in January. This is an awful lead generating service.
Don't fall for their lies
Don't fall for their lies! The leads are NOT exclusive. The customer that are actually real (not many) almost always tell me they have received 3-5 phone calls from Realtors in the last 5 minutes. Many other "leads" are people that closed their transactions months earlier. The vast majority are leads that won't qualify for a bicycle, much less a house. I'm in the Denver market and at least 85% of the "leads" that come through are under 150K (cheap condos are over 300K). Set Schedule is selling old, bad, 200K under market and not-exclusive leads.
Do not sign up with this company
Do not sign up with this company. I made the biggest mistake by even thinking about signing up with them. This company has countless amount of computer generated numbers that will harass you daily to sign up with them. Even if you tell them you are not interested or can't afford the $2,700 upfront sign up fee they will continue to harass you simply because they have your number. I'm not sure which business school the CEO went to that taught him to harass customers to death with different numbers daily in order to get their business. The sad part is you cannot get those texts to stop since they used so many different numbers and you are not able to block all of them. Check out their negative reviews under the better business bureau. Their Instagram comment section is turned off because they are a scam.

Great sales pitch but crap leads...less than 1% ever responded, and of that several wanted a rental or are not qualified to buy. Most of the leads came from an area I would never market to or low price points. No showings came from these leads, and consequently no sale ever generated.
Total SCAM
Total SCAM. Let my bad experience with this crap company guide you to make the right decision. Run way, don't let the smooth salesperson lie to you like she did to me. Nothing she told me was true including how easy it is to cancel. You cant cancel and they auto renew you - and throw the "contract" in your face almost bragging about how they screwed you with their legal terms. The leads are trash, the employees are trash, and the product is 100% useless. Pure garbage.
I work as a realtor in Wisconsin
I work as a realtor in Wisconsin. Late last year a CA company reached out to us claiming to be able to provide quality real estate leads. We set up a sales call, and the product sounded good.
We work with a few different lead providers and have had good experiences with them.
After explaining that they charge a ~$1500 sign-up fee to weed out the merely curious, we signed up. They even promised to reimburse us $250 or somewhere around that per-close for the sign-up fee.
After using the platform for almost four months, we did not get a SINGLE tenable lead. Most people did not respond, and when they did, they had no idea what I was talking about, save for one person in whom I don’t have a lot of faith will work out in a sale.
Feeling mislead, I reached out for a refund. My rep there missed a weeks-scheduled phone call and completely ignored my e-mails and calls for weeks. Eventually I had to guess the e-mail of the CEO and started CCing him on my messages after which people responded and denied my refund request and pointed me to the MSA. I argued that we were misled by their sales people into the quality of the product when signing the MSA. I have had radio silence since.
I looked online and according to the reviews, there seems to be a good number of people who feel the same way.
It is not so much the $1500 bucks that I am worried about, we do good business, but it’s the principle of the matter.
I would give 0 starts if it was…
I would give 0 starts if it was possible...
The leads are all internet leads, virtually yellow pages leads. Because you call and the buyer has no clue who you are. Live transfers-- no screening. People are unemployed, bad credit, 0 savings... I spent my whole advertising budget on it; $2k+ is the cost and no refund will be granted. They sent my credit card company a list of the dead leads stating they fulfilled there part of the contract. I am out of money, but you hopefully will see my review and be able to escape their claws!!!! I asked 15 times for a refund, they ABSOLUTELY will not. I was cut off of the platform 2/13/23 for speaking honestly about the fake leads so new buyers would see my experience. They said I breached the contract, they breached the contract SELLING ME FAKE LEADS. I even spoke to a Chief officer at the company. They patronized me, reiterating that there is no refund and only if I kept my mouth closed would I be allowed access to the platform. I refused, so I was not given access again. I don't want it, I just want my money back!!! and I am as stated OUT OF $2K!! this is Naidean
They claim to be a referral source
They claim to be a referral source, but they don't send any actual referrals. They use very old "leads" (for the ones that are real). I have screenshots of the same "new lead" in the same area. The few ppl I got thru to, were NOT interested in buying & had NOT filled out any info on any site at all. One man told me that 5 years ago, he'd briefly looked at houses online for his son. They also promised "predictive AI" that would indicate addresses where the owners were likely to sell. But those lists are of properties that CLOSED months ago! I called to cancel; was told I "couldn't" but found out I could. Every time I called to complain about not receiving what I was told I would get, they have some excuse & claim "I'm not using the site correctly"
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This place is a joke. They have been texting me for MONTHS when I have told them I am on the do not call list. They lie and say they are from Tx, Ca etc. I have called corporate multiple times and told them I am on the do not call list and to no longer contact me because it's against the law. They do not stop. There was a class action lawsuit against them for this exact thing. This place is AWFUL! In real estate groups I am in other agents have said it's impossible to get them to stop charging your card and it's thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! LEAVE YOUR SHOES AT THE DOOR AND RUN!
DON'T DO IT-DON'T DO IT-DON'T DO IT-DON'T DO IT
Unfortunate that I can't rate a -5. We spent a good amount of money for 3 year old leads and people that have closed 2 years ago on property!! They now have us restricted from our account with no explanation, they haven't gotten back to us in 2 days about the problem!! We have lost all hope with this company and realize we have been taken for quite a bit of money. Save yourself the aggravation and headaches and just set your 2k on fire in the yard.
This company will not stop texting me…
This company will not stop texting me multiple times a week after being asked to be removed from their list multiple times. They text from multiple phone numbers so there is no way to block them (and I think they probably know that). Completely shady way to do business and I'm tired of being harassed by them and spoken to rudely in responses when I demand they stop contacting me. I've never done business with them and never will so they have no reason to keep contacting me.
Stay Away From This Fraud
Stay Away. They steal the identities of people then enter into a site called SetValue.com which are then sent to agents who pay thousands in lead fees. FAKE LEADS. FAKE COMPANY. The CEO and founder, Roy Dekel was convicted of securities fraud for bilking millions from investors. His wife has the brokers license which should be revoked.
I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews…
I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before. There leads are on exising or fake. I've been asking for a refund ever since they refuse to get me setup/onboarded properly.
SetSchedule is a SCAM and FRAUD
1- their leads are USELESS, bad phone numbers, email addresses and "prospects not interested in buying or selling
2- They will not cancel your account despite NUMEROUS requests
3- their "customer support" is useless IF you can reach them, and do not understand real estate
4- their "Management Team" is NON-professional and will not allow you to contact their Founder and CEO, Roy Dekel
5- They will FRAUDULENTLY "renew" your account and charge you ~$2,000- EVEN AFTER YOU TELL THEM MANY TIMES THAT YOU WNT TO CANCEL AND NOT RENEW
Scum
They lie to you so they can scam you and take your money leaving you with not a thing you can do about it. They pad their reviews and provide a worthless service.
Horrible and deceiving company Stay Away
Horrible and deceiving company, you will get answers from overseas agents when you call for support. And you will get scammed out of your money. Money I paid them is wasted money. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Stay away. I paid them over $1,500 on 2021. They committed to providing quality and several leads, but the leads have been garbage and are recycled leads. When I called them to get my monthly leads, they refused to give me my agreed upon resupply of garbage leads from them. This has not been resolved as of yet 11.3.2022 and I will not be renewing my subscription with them, I requested for management to contact me but they have not, and the phone number I was given to call management is not the correct number.
I’ve endured this garbage for a year
I’ve endured this garbage for a year. After a few months into it, I requested to NOT continue at the renewal date. They withdrew the funds anyway and “suggested” I just stick with the program. Bad business. You’ll do much better with anyone else for lead generation.
Read the reviews
Read the reviews, told them I was not going to spend money in hopes of getting leads after I read the horrible reviews. That quickly ended the conversation.
Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Do not utilize. No refund options and the customer service reps will ignore your calls if you try to get one. They will tell you false statements to sign up for the service such as, "mass marketing emails would be an option" and "you can have clients sign into your open house on the app" but none of that is true. No leads are actually verified.
Do not sign up with set schedule
Do not sign up with set schedule. The leads are terrible. It is a complete waste of time and money. I have used Zillow, realtor and Redfin with good results. Set schedule does not work
