The worst experience I've ever had with…
The worst experience I've ever had with any company I've ever paid. Please do yourself a favor and read the real reviews on this site, it's horrific. If you have $2000 to waste, go set it on fire in your back yard, it would get you more than what they deliver, no matter what they promise you. They sell you on the phone with access to Zillow leads and Realtor.com leads, then give you a bunch of useless data for people who have either already sold their house, already purchased a house, have no plans to purchase or sell a house, have never signed up to be contacted, and **none** of the leads they offer are from real consumer websites as they describe. It's a sophisticated way to take your money and give you nothing in return, worse than a pyramid scheme. Don't walk away, run away, as fast as you can. They have 100+ BBB complaints that match my experience. The worst of humanity.
This service is absolute trash
This service is absolute trash. Was told there were exclusive leads and live transfers that they would take a 20% split on. There are no live transfers and the leads are given to multiple agents at the exact same time so that the prospect gets bombarded from calls referencing the same organization. Customer service is awful and their attitude is ridiculous. DO NOT waste your time or $$$ on this trash.

I'm in a small town in Nevada and they promised great results! 6 months in and not one decent lead! only get leads for people that want to rent and we don't do rentals! Whenever I get notified of something on my radar I check the app and it says my colleague has already gotten the lead!
When we signed up they said our office was the only one in town to have Set Schedule, if thats the case how is it that someone is grabbing all the leads? $3500 ripoff! I have 5000+ social media followers, I believe they should all know!
The initial contact for set schedule…
The initial contact for set schedule promised myself and my sponsoring broker a test run of their system and promised us all legitimate leads. Every single lead has been fake names, fake numbers, fake email addresses and when I called to complain about it, the customer service rep refused to let me talk to a manager. Eventually someone from the company called me and said verbatim "it is not how you start it is how you finish." Well that doesn't help me when I am been sent phony leads. I think this entire operation is a scam and I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a lead generation system.
This was my first
This was my first, and hopefully last, experience with SetSchedule company. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and helpful they were. Thank you SetSchedule!
Setschedule is a well built fraud
Setschedule is a well built fraud. After 12 months and a lot of promises I received 4 bogus leads and lost $1,500. They are very slick.
They steal money from Realtors
Here is the message I sent to the rep who sold me the program - I got ZERO response and have been complaining ever since. All I wanted was a prorated refund and they would absolutely not budge or even validate my concerns. At one point a few months ago I was told it could take 8-9 months to see any results. Really?!?! That is total BS. I just proved myself right again. NEVER buy something without thinking about it over night. Had I looked for reviews before forking over my hard-earned MONEY to these scammers, I would be $1700 richer right now. Totally DISGUSTED - complete lack of integrity.
"I've given this program a month and I am very dissatisfied. I spent over $1600 which was money I had been saving for over a year. As you may remember, I was very reluctant to spend this kind of money.
The leads provided are the worst, the very worst. Over 95% of them are in two areas that are nothing but mobile homes. I am NOT interested in chasing mobile home buyers. At all.
I have received NOT A SINGLE LEAD in my own zip code, XXXXX. Nor have I received ANY leads in these zip codes that are in my target area: XXXXX,XXXXX,XXXXX,XXXXX,XXXXX,XXXXX. THESE are the areas I am interested in and feel that those areas have been purchased elsewhere by someone else or a different company because there is NO other reason why I should not be getting leads in those areas. They are high demand areas.
Of the leads I have accepted, they appear to be very old leads. I have had two people say they are no LONGER interested when I contacted them within minutes of receiving the lead. But the bigger issue is the terrible quality of these leads in terms of location.
There are a lot of leads in XXXX, however they are in areas where I would not even feel safe showing property. I reduced my target area to avoid those but they still show up on my map.
I really wanted this to work and tried to stay positive the first couple of weeks, hoping it would get better. But since I've really started paying attention, this is not what I am supposed to be getting.
My first "optimization" call was 2 hours early (Surprise!), I was driving, and lasted all of about 5-7 minutes. There was VERY little covered, and I did mention I am getting way too many leads in mobile home parks and NOT any in my own zip code. So I was sent a form to put in ONE zip zode which I entered my home zip code of XXXXX.
NOTHING has changed. NOTHING.
Also, I know that you do not receive anything for seller leads that I accept. However, I want you to know they are unbelievably inaccurate. For example, I pulled 20 leads from one zip code and there were only 3 worth even bothering to send a letter to. The overwhelming majority of those were active or under contract at the time the leads were accepted by me. The majority of them were ACTIVE listings. Or had just closed because they were Pending when the leads were accepted. This was nothing but an exercise in futility as I looked each and every one up in MLS and repeatedly saw the ACT/PENDING or recently SOLD status.
I have ZERO interest in collecting any more of those. This part of the program is useless to me and has ZERO value.
I need to know what my options are for cancelling this program - if I can't get leads for acceptable property types in MY OWN AREA, then I do not want this program. I am not willing to go to the next COUNTY or out of my area.
It has gone downhill extremely quickly and I need to MAKE MONEY!!!!!!! Not SPEND MONEY on worthless "opportunities".
Please advise - I am very upset about this. I remember having a really hard time committing to the program due to the cost, but during the presentation, it all seemed workable and positive. Naturally.
This is NOT what I signed up for. This is NOT what I paid over $1600 for."
YOU ARE GETTING SCAMMED by SETSCHEDULE
If you have not figure it out by now, you have been scammed by setschedule and they will go through any length for cover the real story, the fake reviews, the fake 1.1 million FB likes, the great "fake" employee review (check indeed and glassdoor yourself), the "unfindable" yelp page, the fake bbb review, the fake sitegrabber review, and I can honestly say that setschedule spends more time trying to coverup the real story versus try to provide agent leads because it's just a numbers game for them. They got me for $6,000+, did they get you? And why should they care if the bogus leads the send us don't work out, they already got paid, we are the poor LICENSED suckers that listen to data center "geek" about selling more houses. Really? We are talking advise from someone who never sold a house.

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS!!!
STAY AWAY!! TOTAL SCAM!!! DIRTBAGS at best. These people prey on new realtors. They promise an "exclusive" territory which is bogus. They provide garbage leads! I called immediately on the ones I got when the service started. One had filed bankruptcy 6 months before, one lady said why on earth would we be interested in selling when we just put $40K of renovation into ours. Another one said, oh we bought a house a year ago. So how on earth could any of these or the other garbage leads be real??? Oh, and make sure, IF you fall for this scam, you block your credit card from being billed again. I cancelled this service in December 2019 and they just billed me again. Now my credit card is blocked from them billing me again and I'm fighting to have the charge reversed. Thank goodness I use AMX. Hopefully the multiple pages of documentation I sent will help fix this and refund my money. Oh, and they bill for ONE YEAR in advance!!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!
No results, no communication, dishonest
We paid Set Schedule $3000 on May 29th to help our real estate company generate leads. Today is July 28th and the program is not working. We have received 1 lead that was a bad phone number. They have stopped communicating with us. Great sales people, Alexis and Lily did a great job telling me what value they would offer, the system has failed us and they will not discuss fixing the problem or a refund.
