Worst Lead Generation & Customer Service....

In 2020 I decided to contract with SetSchedule, they provide viable leads and I nourish the leads, convert them to clients and settlements. I understand marketing and I know it requires consistency and some money with that said. I paid SetSchedule $1473 to provide me with 100 leads per month for 12 months.
In addition to paying setSchedule $1480 for 12 months, I hired an ISA to communicate with these leads. I paid the ISA $250 for every 100 leads they nourish/communicated with twice a week for 90 days. All of this and not 1 buyer or seller, all we kept hearing is, I was just trying to see what homes are selling for, or I did not say I was looking to buy or sell or I went on that sit a year ago or I don;t know where they got my number from etc. All terrible leads. I kept having my monthly success meetings with my rep, each time I told him the same thing over and over. I kept doing what I am supposed to do after all I paid for these leads. I kept telling him this is not working but I going to keep doing what I need to do however I'm not going to be moving forward with this program if it continues like this. Next thing they automatically renewed my service and he no longer works there. I immediately contacted SetSchedul it took 4-5 different times because you can never speak with someone when you call. I had to schedule appointments, after appointments after appointments to find out it's not my department, I can't help you with that. Oh did you read the agreement? so I figured out the only reason SetSchedule has had the same clients for more than 1 year is because of the automatic renewal. Forced retention. The company's customer service sucks, the leads they provide are no good. I'm in Washington DC Metro Area my average price point is $480,000 the leads set schedule are sending me are $114,000, $83,000, $164,000, $158,000 Really??? If I said I don't want to renew and you have proof of all I have done to work the terrible leads you sent me, the least you should do is cancel the 2nd year that you atuomatic renewed and give me my money back. Agents if you are looking for a lead source and are considering SetSchedule call me Nancy 202-688-1272. You have a better opportunity in getting good leads from Referral Exchange. SetSchedule is the worst company, their customer service is terrible. You never get to talk to anyone when you call, aqlways have to schedule an appointment. They are making money only because of the automatic renewals. Worst Company ever!!! Don't Call SETSCHEDULE!!

Misrepresented by Toby Doyle

When I signed up for the service I as informed that I would receive many qualified leads. I set up my search areas and I continue to get leads from outside my search area. Many of the leads have wrong numbers or incorrect email. Most of the leads are $100,000. I met with several different customer service agents and each of them said they would eliminate the leads from Seattle and those under $500,000. I continue to get those leads. I was also informed that the gold membership will allow me and possibly two other agents to call on the client. I only reached two potential clients and they had several calls from many agents. One said up to 20. When I signed up I was speaking with the Toby Doyle the territorial sales manager. He assured me that I would get several leads and to give it two weeks. If not satisfied he would make it right and cancel with refund. I have left him several messages asking to cancel. He no longer responds. I feel that this company is a "bait and switch." I have set up three conference calls with my consultants and every time they haven't called me at reserved time. I simply want to stop the service. I want Toby Doyle to honor his word.

I was a fool and signed up with this…

I was a fool and signed up with this company. I think it is ridiculous that not only do you pay a fee but you also pay a referral lead if you close a deal. The issue is the Leads you get are absolutely horrible, I would say 99% of the people get mad that I am calling them because they have no idea where their information was obtained from. This by far has been the worst lead source I have use EVER! Agents, no matter how good it sounds it is NOT what they say it is. Be smart with the money you have to use for marketing or using a lead source, listen to the reviews from other agents who have spent money to be an active agent not the sales people (remember, their job is to overcome any obstacle and make it sound amazing, and collect your money and lock you in). I am pissed off and really I think these guys should be held accountable because they sell to us as agents that their leads are more reliable than they really are. I fell like they buy any type of list they can whether the list is related to real estate or not. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SETSCHEDULE

Setschedule has absolutely under…

Setschedule has absolutely under delivered on their promises. This company should not be in business.
The customer service is poor, by providing misinformation, and low level of responsiveness. The service is also disappointing; they will send you tens of low-quality leads, and upon on calling them, they had NO IDEA why I was calling, they were "in the market" for a apartment rental in the past, and most of them have been bombarded with calls from other agents through Setschedule as well.
Currently fighting to obtain my refund, as the billing dept has failed to respond to my request!!!
There are a few reliable companies providing that type of service, but Setschedule.com is not one of them. Be aware, and don't fall for the sales pitch, as they will tell you anything to sign up, unless you do what I did and record the calls, just in case. :)
Btw, my salesperson's name is Nomathamsanqa Mathembisa or just Noma Mathembisa.

Set and Don't Show

Like their name they are great at setting horrible at following through!!!!

Im sick of this company, they keep contacting me, booking appointments then dont even show up, what is wrong with you. The latest one actually called me 15 min prior to confirm and then nothing, I waited in Diyana Bridgemohun's meeting room for 16 min before leaving even after emailing and calling in and still nothing, ZERO RESPONSE!

Then I receive a text message selling the service 5 min later, you guys have some VERY SERIOUS issues internally. How about just showing up to your own appointment!

Personally I wouldn't give them a dime as I don't trust anything they say or promise at this point

Total waste of money

Total waste of money. They promised me leads in a certain area to make a sale and debit my credit card. I think a total of like 6 leads came in in the promised area over a year. All leads were like 1-1 1/2 hour away. Gave them plenty of chances to correct the situation. No one was ever in the position “to help”, I was told. Asked them to extend my contract to get me the leads that I paid for. Couldn’t do that either because they were just not in the position “to help me”. Couldn’t ever transfer me to anyone who could “help” either. Total SCAM… Stole my money!

SCAM Schedule

Do not sign on to this company. They will sell you lies about providing verified leads exclusively. Leads are not verified at all! I called a “lead” that “preferred to be contacted at 10am” according to Set Schedule’s trusted third party LJ Marketing. An old lady answered and stated not only is she not interested in selling but she had been getting several calls like mines. Terrible ! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. A company that has guaranteed leads but doesn’t provide refunds is a joke ! Stay away.

Conartists with access to a call center - Avoid

Conartists with access to a call center

The leads are bad. Site calls leads that have been contacted by 40+ people "Exclusive"
Their customer service is non-existent.
The "Customer Success" people are impossible to talk with, when you do, it sounds like they are in the middle of eating, or you can hear clearly other call agents begging someone in the background not to cancel.

Waste of $2000 bucks.

VERIFIED LEADS are not verified at all

I hit the ground running thinking I was going to start getting 'VERIFIED' leads from set schedule. WELL, nothing was verified. As a matter of fact, the first 4 calls I made to 'VERIFIED' sellers, not one person had any idea what I was talking about. They had no idea how I got their number, AND DID NOT EVEN OWN A HOME. I immediately called them asking to speak to my consultant. They said he was not available and I would have to wait for my first consultation to have any questions answered. WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. No one called me back, no one answered my emails. NOTHING. BIGGEST SCAM EVER. DON'T DO IT.

Absolute garbage data & customer service, will charge you even after you cancel-- Avoid.

Absolute garbage data-- customer service is non existent and elusive. They will "Schedule" performance meetings and never show up. Most of the data is 2-8 years old, Avoid at all costs.
Worse yet: I cancelled the service after a year of diligent prospecting with them with their old/poor/false data and zero results, they charged me anyway for another year "Reoccuring"

As I write, to further emphasize the poor customer service, am waiting 20 minutes past on a scheduled zoom call with my ever shifting "performance" person who has yet to pick up either the phone, nor the zoom link confirmed (This is the 5th such time) They are at best boiler-room sales folk trying to keep you locked in for a product that cost them 100 dollars, and charged you 2100, gotta keep that nut!.

AVOID, and if you foolishly believed any of the fake 5 star reviews, (I have given 2 stars so folk will notice it a little more-- some of the bits of data are true, in that someone WAS interested so much so they sold 3 years prior, but will be sold to you as "FRESH HOT LEAD!") and purchased this and are still on year one-- CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD! they will, without your permission even if you call to cancel, charge you until time stops.

Scam at worst, poorly operated boiler-room with bad data at best.

About me: I am a top performing agent in Southern California, accustomed to making the hard calls daily and prospecting-- This is just junk data-- you are better off getting a list from RedX or Mojo or your local title office for pennies on the dollar.
So, when the inevitable reply by SetSchedule is "Performance may vary" or what not: take that with a pound of salt and chug it with an ounce of water.

Avoid.

SetSchedule Commits Deceptive Acts

I signed up with SetSchedule on March 5, 2021. My training was on March 9, 2021. Immediately, during my training, I realized the sales rep made many false statements regarding what they provide. They don't offer what I was guaranteed! On March 10, 2021, I contacted the sales rep I dealt with to advise I wasn't happy and wanted to terminate and receive a full refund. He never responded so I contacted the billing department, and a few others, including the entire executive team, to advise their sales rep made false statements because they don't offer what I stated I want. I requested they terminate and provide a full refund. They offered to prorate my refund, deducting two months of service, even though I've been requesting a refund since the day after training. So, why should I accept a pro-rated refund for something their sales rep knew wasn't what I wanted and was expecting? I refused that prorated refund! During a call, the director of business development admitted they don't offer what I thought I was getting but still refuses to refund my money. He said, "What if there are seller leads in a month or two months, what then? You signed a one-year agreement" I responded, "My purchase was based on false statements and lies which are deceptive acts." I've filed complaints against SetSchedule with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, California Attorney General, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. In addition, I've deactivated all forms of notifications yet I continue receiving text messages from SetSchedule. I've responded "STOP" each time. They acknowledge the removal request and state I've been removed and won't receive any more text messages. But, those texts just keep coming! I'll be sure to include harassment in my lawsuit. I've reached out to a law firm that specializes in class-action lawsuits against businesses for committing fraud against consumers. There are many others that have posted complaints about this company. They'll be invited to join this class-action lawsuit. This company is unethical and will tell you anything to get your money. According to the FTC, when a purchase is made for a product or service and that decision is based on deceptive acts it's considered fraud. SetSchedule scammed the wrong person this time! I'm not going to stop until I receive a full refund and punitive damages from SetSchedule!

Trust all the negative reviews

Trust all the negative reviews. I can research and find many of the people that write the truth, but I haven't been able to find one single person that has given a positive review that doesn't work for them (search LinkedIn). Worst customer service ever, unable to meet the simplest requests, passed from person to person and no sense of customer service. Trickery, small print, and absolutely a waste of money! Absolutely no morale guidelines or sense of decency in my opinion. Run away as fast as you can!

Do not waste your money on this…

Do not waste your money on this company. I have been fighting with them for the nearly year that I have been signed up to try to get relevant leads with zero result. I have reached out to their Chief Client Officer who simply assigned me a new rep. This is my 4th or 5th, but they aren't the issue, it is that the leads are people who have zero interest in buying, are inquiring on homes at values which don't exist or are renters leads. Paying a significant fee upfront is how they make money. I honestly doubt that these are even new leads. I think these are 100% recycled based on the feedback that I have received from the people who I have contacted. Any other solution must be better than this.

Do yourself a Favor and stay away from…

Do yourself a Favor and stay away from this scam. I wish I did my research and see the amount of negative reviews found online. This company is the worst of the worst. If you feel it is a good practice to hide behind the small print in your contracts, then you aren't providing a quality service that makes people want to continue to do business with you. They recognized my intention not to renew but waned to steal my money under the guise of an auto renew contract. BS! If I have a listing contract with a client and they aren't happy with my services, I let them out of the contract. I'm trying to grow my business by doing a good job, not by trapping them in a contract they are unhappy with. Besides, how many people are they going to tell that I trapped them in a listing contract. Just wouldn't make good business sense. Rest assured I have told every Realtor I know to stay away from SetSchedule. I only wish I had read more reviews about you guys. By the amount of negative reviews you have, I'm surprised you are still in business. Continue scamming people, sooner or later it all catches up to you. I want my money back pure and simple. I have not used your service in over a year. Have some business sense and ethics. Return my money!

A Truly Disgusting Company

Please disregard all of the positive reviews for SetSchedule. The reviews are as fraudulent as the company.

SetSchedule gives you a crazy good sales call. They show you an incredible amount of exclusive leads that they have in your area. They have far too many leads, and they need agents to work these leads! They prominently show Zillow and Realtor.com as potential sources of their leads.

I estimate over 99% of the leads on the site are total garbage. Almost every call that I made ends with somebody who is very confused about why they are being contacted.

They occasionally have useful leads pop up, but unfortunately leads are not exclusive. They sold leads as being exclusive, and their app even has a countdown timer with the word exclusive on it when you try to claim a lead. I guess they don't know what the word "exclusive" means.

Please don't let SetSchedule steal your money.

They continue to STEAL my hard earned $$$

This company continues to prey on hardworking agents with lies and false promises. The person who signed me up for the 1st year trial guaranteed I would not be auto renewed. After a year of nothing but false leads, from bogus contact info to people who did not sign up for services, I had no intention on continuing. They charged my card anyway & said I had agreed. I have disputed the charge & they continue to clam this is what I asked for. Lets hear the "recorded". sales pitch used for training & verify what was promised. Not only that, when looking into this, I realized they charged me $500 over5 the first year "trial rate" that was quoted by the person who contacted me. This company is a complete FRAUD & I will continue to shout it from the rooftops to all social media groups, sites, reviews & pages...continually until they right this wrong. There response was to contact them on their website, which is nothing but a black hole & there is no person to contact. Check the "Good" reviews, it obvious they are fake, there are soooo many other reviews sharing the same experience as mine.
