The person who I spoke with was very helpful and I would definitely recommend Sharks after care.

I needed a new kettle and liked having the choice of water temperature. I wanted black and luckily that was the model offering a great reduction direct from SharkNinja UK.. Once ordered it was swiftly delivered. Lighter in weight than my previous kettle which is a plus. After using this model for a week I am very impressed.

Online ordering was easy to navigate and was delivered the very next day.

Had an issue with my Shark cordless hoover. Customer service were excellent and had a new part delivered within 24hrs! Super service something you don’t always see nowadays sadly.

I bought the Shark FlexStyle in December 2024. It recently stopped working so I contacted customer service by filling out the online form. It was a Sunday so I wasn’t expecting a reply for a few days. Within 5 minutes of submitting the form, I had an email to confirm they’d be sending me a replacement. It is now the following day and I have received my replacement! Took about 24 hours to have it in my hands from submitting the customer service form. Genuinely great service and very helpful representatives. Whilst I’m a little disappointed my product broke so quickly (less than 2 years ownership), the warranty on the product means I didn’t have to pay a thing to have it replaced. So happy with the service I have received and would order from here again

Order process very effective and a speedy delivery.

No issues with item but DPD delivery driver was extremely rude and used foul language , I have 15 shark ninja products so as said no issue at talk with company itself

Great product, delivered quickly.

The process went very smoothly and quickly until the machine was unboxed to find the water tank shattered. Looked like someone had kicked the box (?) Replacement arranged following sending proof of damage and unit identity via photos. Item now working well although not yet got coffee beans.

Decent price and very fast delivery
It would be helpful if the retailer specified the depth of the pan. Sadly I misinterpreted the website description of height as being the depth of the pan - it was actually the base to the top height of the handle

After looking online for a replacement part I thought I’ll go direct to Shark. Best move, found the part super easy, ordered on Thursday and arrived on Friday.
Plus it was a very reasonable price.
Just a great job.
