I am really happy to receive parcel and my daughter really liked her shoes

I ordered a pair of boys school shoes from the York branch of Shoezone. I was ensured by the sales rep that they would be delivered the next day. It also stated that on the receipt I got. It has now been 5 days and customer service says Everi couldn't deliver because they had an issue. I don't know what the issue is. I then said I would go back to the store and get my money back. I was informed this is not possible I would have to wait 4 days for the delivery before they could do anything. Today is Friday and I need the shoes for Monday.
On the website it says cutomer services are open until 8pm NO they close at 6pm i have been informed. Maybe they should say that on the automated message when you ring them.

Easy to shop and order, arrived the next day even earlier than expected.

I received only half of the order I paid for as well as 2 pairs of children’s shoes and slippers!
I have tried online to return the unwanted shoes and want to get the other pair of canvas shoes which are missing but seems very confusing trying to do this online!! Disappointed and really don’t know what to do!

Yesterday I visited Shoezone on Newport, Isle of Wight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a pair of sandals as I was told they would arrive the following day. I not only received confirmation of my order but also delivery details and tracking details. As promised, the sandals arrived safely today and were packed wisely to not only keep them free from damage but without excess packaging.
I’ve not used this service before but found it incredibly efficient. Thank you to Shoezone, well done and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this option again.

Sandals ordered in the afternoon and delivered the following day what service, I always buy my sandals from shoezone as they are comfortable and long lasting with a very competitive price tag .

Yet again I order bits for my daughter to go back to school with and yet again and the driver can’t seem to do this job properly and left it down stairs for anyone to help them self we pay for the driver to deliver to our door not some stairs but we all complain and nothing get done about it

Easy to shop online on behalf of my elderly father who can’t get to the shop. Added bonus of free delivery. Slippers arrived next day and they are very comfortable

Ordered some sandles for my holiday next day delivery. They emailed me to say they would be delayed, then they said there was a problem with the delivery company. Then they said they had been returned to them and refunded me. But have emailed them several times asking why they just couldn't send them out to me as I really wanted them not a refund. Never gave me a straight answer the Sandles are now out of stock. Really bad customer service, this is the second time I've problems with Shoezone on line.

I have ordered online twice now & the free next day delivery is awesome. I ordered some slippers yesterday at 7pm & they were delivered by lunchtime today plus I love my slippers as they are great quality & fit perfectly so all in all a great company.
