Just ordered 2 dresses and love them! I hesitate ordering online cause bad experiences with sizing and not getting what it looked like.... but this boutique is awesome! Dress fit great and looked exactly like it did online. Delivery was super quick too! Definitely won my business!!!!!

I have been ordering from this company since 2012, I love this boutique. I always get exactly what I’m expecting, they are true to size, their customer service is great as well! I always get someone who stops me and asks where my clothes are from.
My favorite thing about this company besides the awesome clothes is the shipping, always fast like so fast I’m not prepared for it showing up on my door step... lol I usually get my orders within 3 days, amazing.

Had some troubles or confusion in the beginning but when explained and discussed with a customer service rep she had it fixed right away. The dress and earrings I did keep from my order are just as described and I love them!

Impressions Online Boutique is my favorite way to shop. I save so much with the free shipping and my packages arrive so quickly, usually the very next day! I ordered some platform espadrille sandals from Impressions. The shipping was super fast. My package got here in days. Prices are fair & they items are good quality. I would definitely shop here again & would recommend to anyone.

I’ve always thought your clothing was sooo cute but never ordered. Well I have a friends shower coming up and it’s fiesta themed. I found the perfect top on your website, ordered it though I hardly EVER order from a boutique online that I haven’t already been to at least once before. I got the top in, tried it in and was so blown away by the quality that I just had to email you! I not only LOVE the shirt and it will go perfectly with white pants to this fiesta party but the quality was thick, durable and fit EXACTLY how I thought it would! I wasn’t sure what I would get to be honest. Some boutiques don’t always have the nicest of quality yet I pay boutique prices. I can’t get over how nice the shirt is and feel as though I spent my money in the absolute RIGHT boutique! I also had to change the shipping address and that was done with a QUICK response and EASE!
I will definitely be a forever customer now!

I (for whatever technical issue) had a hard time using my 10% off discount code when I checked out. I emailed them to let them know and not only was the response quick but they also refunded me in full and charged me the price with the 10% off. These ladies are so polite I am one happy customer!! THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST BOUTIQUE EVER! I have never been successful ordering clothing for myself online until now. My first order I ordered 3 jeans (which are so hard for me to find a perfect fit) and 5 tops. Much to my surprise they all fit perfect! A month ago I ordered 22 more outfits and they all fit perfect! I will be placing another order soon. I will always recommend shopimpressions. 5 stars!!!!!

I ordered from Impressions boutique online and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. I usually research companies a lot before I order online because there are unfortunately a lot of scam sites out there nowadays. Anyway, this company shipped my order the very next day and it got here earlier than expected. The quality of the clothes is great, better than other boutiques I’ve ordered from. The size charts they had were very helpful, make sure you look at the size chart per item (which is awesome by the way when ordering because some styles or items run differently than others). I would definitely order from them again!

Half my closet is Impressions. They make returns super easy. I recently had a jumper that broke the first time I wore it and when I reached out to the team, they sent me a new one right away.

I have had the best customer service from the online boutique, Impressions. I work in retail and therefore have very high expectations on how a customer should be treated. I can say without a doubt that I have been treated exactly how I want my customers to be treated and that is like royalty. Thank you Impressions! I am a forever customer.

Customer service and beyond! This boutique was amazing at stepping up when we didn't get an order that was supposed to be shipped over-night on time (USPS fault not the boutique). Not only did they refund my shipping and the cost of item, but they also sent a gift card for me to use on my next purchase! I will certainly be ordering from them again!

The rompers I ordered looked beautiful. The model said she was 5' 5". I'm 5' 6" it was literally shorter than a shirt. I actually couldn't even put them on cause they're so short. The price is super high and non of it turned out ok. I'm going to have to return all of it even though it looked nice :( super sad

The Impressions Online Boutique has reached out to me about my complaint below and fixed the problem. I changed it my rating to 4 stars, because let's face it... not a lot of companies do that, and I will back any company with great customer service that are willing to take responsibility and fix the problem.

I had purchased the Crushin' It Chambray dress on sale online. The shipping was very reasonable; I got my purchased item in about 5 days. The quality of the dress is very cheap and it came with a BROKEN ZIPPER (which was very inconvenient because I had planned to wear this dress the incoming weekend).

On the models displayed on their website, the dresses look to be very high quality, especially when you consider their price ranges for their items, but it really felt like this was a dress I could have found in a Forever21 for much cheaper. It wasn't worth it for me, and will not be purchasing again.

I found this website through Facebook advertising. I loved the look of some of their clothes, and purchased a pair of booties ($80), two cut-out shirts ($34-$36) and a scarf ($24).

I received them fairly quickly, I believe they offer two day free shipping. Unfortunately, this is the only positive experience.

One of the shirts snags on EVERYTHING! I'm actually impressed with what it grabs onto. But unfortunately, to wear this shirt, I have to wear a scarf to hide all the snags. The hem is starting to come apart as well, I assume I have about a month left with this shirt before it literally falls off of me. The second shirt was just unwearable. The cutout portion was sewn all wrong, so it pulls on the shirt awkwardly, and it digs into one of my armpits. To make matters worse, the cutout part bunches up, and lifts the shirt on one side. I would look like a crazy lady wearing this shirt in public.

When taking the scarf out of the bag, my finger literally went through the scarf. The material feels like paper and smells funny. It's cute enough that I just shower it in perfume and strategically place the hole in a place you won't notice it.

The booties are just okay. They're a different brand this website carries, and I would buy from them again, but I will find a different site to purchase from.

The return policy is awful. You have 14 days from purchase to return them and get your money back. I believe that you have 21 days from purchase day to get store credit. You will have to pay for shipping back to their store where they will inspect it. If it's not up to their standards, you will have to pay shipping to get this product back to you. YIKES! Clearly, customer service is on the back burner for them. Which matches up with the Wal-Mart quality with boutique prices. I didn't even attempt to return the unwearable shirt, I would be paying more money to be disappointed all over again.

You can't leave reviews on their website, which should have been the first indication to not buy from this company. Hopefully this will help somebody out there... if you decide to buy from this company, literally don't blink an eye once receiving them. Try them on and make a decision right there! Maybe rub up on a soft blanket to see if it will snag. ;)
