I just can’t say enough about the customer service I received recently when trying to pick out a gift for my wife.I was in desperate need of a gift for Mother’s Day and had to call the main number with a few questions on a decision about an outfit for her. I ended up getting her the perfect outfit and it just made Mother’s Day so special. Thank you so much for your patience and help. She loved everything!

Horrible customer service. I placed an order and got a confirmation email. Then instead of calling me they sent an email for me to call them to verify my order? I did not see this email for 3 days but they already charged my credit card and was holding my items until I called? When I did call they were rude and not empathetic at all in the fact now I would not receive my items by the date I needed to. I just canceled my entire order. No apology from them or anything just....tough luck!

I ordered a few items and received them a few short days after placing the order. The items were all beautiful & amazing quality, but I unfortunately received earrings that were different than the pictured ones online. When I reached out to customer service about this ... I received an immediate response & resolution from Dana. I will shop here again & again now because I know I can trust that even if there is a mistake (we all make them), they are quick to resolve any issue!!

The quality of the clothes is very nice, however, they are SO BIG! Ive ordered everything in a small and it all fits like a L/XL. Sadly i have to return it all :(

This boutique is hands down the best one out there. I have shopped dozens of online clothing stores, including all the top names, and Impressions blows all of them out of the water!! The clothes are adorable, high quality and fit true to size (same for the shoes). Everything is exactly as it looks on the website, which is so important as a customer. Shipping was incredibly fast, ordered on a Wednesday night and received the following Saturday morning. Never shopping anywhere else again.

This online boutique is top-notch!! The clothes are affordable but GREAT quality for the price point! I shop this site regularly and LOVE their selection. They have a wide range of styles for all body-types, the sizing is consistent and returns are quick and EASY!! This boutique also has a great customer service department - and truly has the customer's best interest at heart! LOVE this online boutique and recommend it to friends over and over again!

Do not buy from this website if you do not live in the US!!!
I ordered 2 dresses from here which came to $95, the shipping fees on top of the original price is between $35-125 (which they also didn't state that the price was American dollars until you purchased the item) so in reality I was paying $180. Then customs collected another $40 so all together I paid $220 for 2 dresses that was originally advertised as $95. Definitely not worth it!! Ive shopped on American websites plenty before this and i've never had such a bad and shady experience before. I will never shop here again
