What a scam! I deactivated my subscription and then got a 111 euros fee with no explanation.
Customer serivce was responsive but many workers did not speak English. After some days I finally could find someone who could help and cancel the bill, thanks!

I did all the steps and paid and I did not receive my e-sim login details. I received a no reply email saying my request is rejected without any valid explanation!!

Everything is in place to let you pay if you go outside your bundels - excessive pricing outside of bundle.

Roaming charges are insane, the subscription might be cheap but a single mistake will make you pay the same cost as If you have a first class internet provider.(1) the rate limiting doesn't work for roaming even if you set it on the app. (Dataplafond inscarbed
is set to 0.50 Euro)
In my case, roaming was active while I arrived to a country outside of EU, the phone automatically connects to the network and uses 12 Megabytes of Data which totals to 60 Euros.
It is better to sign for a provider that protects you from this charges, even Lyca Mobile provides this mechanism to protect you from unintentional charges.
(1) I have this issue happens twice this years causing a charge of 120 Euros, which would usually get me a nice subscription from top tier provider

Don't use this provider. They sent me messages in a different language to tell me I had gone over my plan. My bill came to €140 and when I cancelled I need to pay for another 30 days so my total is €186. Total scam Miya is better 💯

Horrible service
Keep sending invoices for a service that was deactivated more than a year ago
Forced us to pay a full more year, even after leaving the country
After the contract finished, we had to pay a deactivation fee which was never explained when signing the contract in the first place
A company that only care about the money and have bad principles

Hello i just want to share my experience, newer in my life was treated so rude by customer service !
Please if you can avoid this company if you don't want trouble for you.
99% they reject your application you newer get refunded for the amounts paid.
They just say call this then this number and you newer get your money back!!

They are an absolute rip off. I got them, because they claim to have e-Sims with internet. It subsequently has minimal coverage in the Netherlands and high fees for internet.
Their site is fully in Dutch and customer service is non-present, so it is very hard to cancel. If you do figure out how to cancel, which it took me several months, they still come with additional fees and threaten debt collection. Guess what, in this case they suddenly do have English services and respond to customer service emails. An absolute insult to the customer and stain on the reputation of Dutch telecom. Avoid at all costs and take legal action against them.

Although they claim Wifi calling, they do *not* support Wifi SMS that is vital for poor connectivity areas (misleading website), nor convenient payments from non-Dutch banks (no credit card support?!?), poor communication about late fees and extortionate late fees over 900% in 1 month! Avoid like the plague
