Exceptional training from start to finish. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the energy high throughout the day. The perfect balance of theory and practical drills—we spent more time on the floor practicing CPR and using the AED than watching slides. I left feeling genuinely prepared, not just certified. The scenarios felt real, and the tips on adapting techniques for different ages (babies vs. adults) were invaluable. This is exactly how first aid training should be done. Highly recommended.

Debbi was excellent at delivering the course. She explained everything in detail she was patient and very engaging.

The training provided by St John Ambulance (Greenleys) was nothing short of exceptional.

Having a total of 5 different specialists leading specific aspects of the course made for a rigorous, comprehensive, and transformative environment. It was a truly memorable experience that tapped into my innate educative faculty.

For many years, a special health challenge had discouraged me from undertaking this type of training. However, the tutors were incredibly accommodating and cooperative. Thanks to their steadfast support, I managed to participate, fully, in every lecture and every practical activity—thereby absorbing every learning outcome and successfully pass the course.

Moreover, I have now formulated a holistic strategy to mitigate my health circumstances for future refresher courses.

My education has certainly not ended here; I have walked away from this experience with a real, newfound, interest in First Aid.

I cannot recommend St John Ambulance highly enough.

I had my course done in Guildford. Charles is very patient and taught a very lovely useful First Aid class.

Course was really engaging, trainer was attentive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Margaret was an absolutely incredible trainer. I left feeling very informed. Although it is a heavy course with tricky topics she made learning easy and relatable. The course itself is very thorough and a very good overview of the day to day. I have already had to use some of the skills I acquired over the 3 days and I felt confident and able to do so!
