Dodgy website
Dodgy website. Card charged a lot more than the amount displayed. Airline name is also different to what I booked. I am yet to receive "confirmation", so will need to wait if I have been scammed.

I bought a ticket to fly from Manchester to Dubai. Pegasus Airlines
Smartfares Scammed me. I bought a one way ticket to fly to Dubai from manchester.Online cheap tickets logo said Smartfares.com after buying it shown Egypt Airlines.
1.Online it looked cheap, so I added, seats, luggage, meals, and premium and it mounted to US 427.50.
2.Initially, I clicked a ticket in GBP and turned out U$ and then payment was converted into £324.85.
3.It was confirmed and it says they will send me full details from PEGASUS AIRLINES.
4.On 22nd customer service sent me an email saying to make a smooth journey from SAW to DUBAI to pay U$120.00. I disagreed and I was in doubt. I checked the PNR they provided if its working or not and found out it wasnt.
5. I contacted them instisting either they send me my ticket or refund.
6.I reported to my bank initially fraud then dispute but could not send evidence because they immediately changed the tickets.
7. I kept on asking for the refund because the war in the Gulf is ongoing or chage the dates in september and they tricked me to remove dispute so that they can help me out. After sending the evidence they did noyt contact me so I checked in with the help of my daughter to see if the ticket exists but found they did not add the meals, seats, luggage that I chose, and also they did not provide me with the receipt.
7. I tried to keep in touch with Pegasus but it also says my ticket is make up ticket.
So, whoever who did this cheating, stealing or putting poeple into stress will get KARMA back. I pray you sleep well but one day you will get sleepless nights and bankrupt.
