This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace, I was diagnosed with bowel and going through chemotherapy. Smart fare wont give me a refund. I will never book with smart fare ever again. I wasn’t given a 13 digit number I was just give a piece of paper with flight times. I am now having to go through my bank to get a refund. I could even lose my money.

False Advertising

I booked a Tampa–Germany flight with one checked bag included, but the confirmation didn’t show it. Smartfares said it was a system glitch and now wants $230 one way for the bag—they should honor the original booking since the error wasn’t mine. Cancelled my flight again, but very frustrating.
