Third rate glasses from China arrogant nasty owner, avoid

What a superb firm, Ordered a pair of bifocals 2 days ago, and arrived today. The best fitting and optically correct glasses I have ever used. The second pair I have purchased, I ordered a pair of reading glasses within the last year, also top rate. I fully recommend this firm and trust them to do a top rate and economical job.

Excellent prices and first class service.
Most unusual these days to get both.

Fantastic. Honestly can't believe how great this service was.

I am pretty stingy when it comes to splashing out on glasses because I don't always wear them. I brake them, loose them and %90 of the time I believe I don't need them.

I paid £16.80 with postage for a pair which are exactly the same as the ones I had from Tesco opticians for £35. Coincidently tesco opticians is now vision express and they charge £49 for the same pair.

My glasses arrived THE NEXT DAY!!!! would have taken over a week in vision express/Tesco.

For £12 I wasn't expecting much. But I've been blown away. Good solid case with them and a nice cloth. Also I believe these are better lenses than I had from Tesco much clearer and virtually no light refraction.

Spread the word. Specs by post is worth every penny you pay them.

Amazing company, incredibly reliable! They often ship within minutes of ordering and are really quick to answer any queries you have and get things sorted for you. Glasses are great quality and affordable. Wouldn’t buy glasses anywhere else.

I can only echo the last reviewer: I sent off two pairs of glasses for re-glazing and received them back within two days. Great product, great price, great service. What more could you want?

My husband and I have used Specs By-Post on previous occasions and have always been completely satisfied with speed of delivery, excellent products and an easy to use website. This time was no exception, if it is possible to be better than excellent, it was.

I had to contact them as I needed tinted lenses because of photosensitivity. Linsey who promptly responded to my query advised accordingly - a very helpful customer service right through to the arrival. My two pairs of glasses were dispatched the following day (yesterday) and I received them this morning. I recommend Specs By-Post without any hesitation.,

With a complicated prescription and having had little luck with like companies, I rang Specs By Post on Monday lunchtime. Had an easy and positive chat to Lindsay who assured me that my request was perfectly doable!

I first used Specs-by-Post in 2013 and, remembering, 5 years later, just how helpful Linsey had been (as well as the excellent glasses at most competitive prices) I spent the day searching my archived emails to contact her again.
And, again, she has been brilliant - really helpful and the glasses arrived within a couple of days, well packaged, nicely priced and excellent quality.

I ordered these glasses over the Internet because I wanted a cheap pair for just reading. They only took a few days to come. The prescription lens was spot on. They look and fit great. I am that Impressed I have just ordered another pair. The member of staff that I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and really helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Frames wrong colours on website. Specs By Post where very rude by email 0 customers service and would not refund after my second complaint.

Excellent service, quality products at a fraction of the cost from an optician. I was a little dubious at first if I'm honest to order glasses online, but I read the reviews on here about Specs By Post and thought at the price they were offering it was silly not to try. I was pleasantly surprised when my glasses turned up after only a few days and they were perfect. Will be ordering my next set of glasses from you as well. Speedy service and I cannot complain about anything really. Glasses supplied in a nice hard case with cleaning cloth as well.

Very good quality and super fast delivery. I often lose my glasses and most opticians take 7 days to get new ones. I ordered my glasses at 4pm and they arrived the next day, this is not guaranteed but is the norm for them. If you need to contact by phone it is answered immediately by friendly helpful staff.
