There always seems to be a long wait even with an appointment, the range of glasses are poor, I couldn't find anything I liked from the Specsavers range , they all feel poorly made and feel cheap, I brought a designer pair in the end but purely only because there was not much else , also the prescription is never offered or given as a matter of course, you always have to ask for it .
Staff were pleasant.

sorry I forgot to note the name of the young man that took care of me during my collection today, but he was attentive and fun. He’s a keeper and if you have a star award scheme (which you should) then this chap deserves the top award.

I ordered some daily contacts online for holiday, and paid. The order was then cancelled with no reason given.
I called the helpline and after quite a wait I spoke to someone who said my prescription was different to what I had asked for.
I've been with Specsavers for years and as I'd logged in using my existing details I find it frustrating that they could access my information.
I then got an email to tell me why they had cancelled.
The man on the phone said I need to contact my local store.
The whole reason why I ordered online was because I didn't have time to go in due to work.
I eventually spoke to a lovely lady in my local store who ordered what I needed but I then had to find time to go and collect them.
I won't be ordering online again.

Staff really good, kept waiting 15 mins for someone so I could choose three sets of new glasses, why the wait ?, besides that rest of visit first class

Bad experience glasses were incorrect first time ! Second attempt were not professional looked good but on usage my eyes were hurting so i am very upset with the results - i asked for prescription details and Specsavers had not updated the details !!! So i have an incorrect prescription and poor glasses ! I will not be using you again

The service

My daughter has been wanting to get contact lenses for a while, and has taken the free trial offer, which has now involved 4 visits to learn how to use them.
We have been so impressed with the coaching and ‘teaching’ from Victoria at the Windsor branch - she is probably the most patient person I have ever met!
Thanks Victoria, I think she has finally nailed it.

I had to have three visits due to recent facial surgery I was unable to try glasses on. I was fortunate to work with the same lady on each occasion and she was knowledgable, empathetic and caring on each occasion
