Eye test was was very good but when got…
Eye test was was very good but when got glasses thay made my nose sore and had to go up three times before got sorted the lady last time sed thay were bent but there the only ones who sorted them out so wasn't pleased with that thay were bent so think need training in sorting nose grips out especially if bending them wrong p blackbourne

Excellent friendly service
Excellent friendly service. Collected 4 pairs of glasses two weeks later, all do exactly what they said they would. Office glasses have made such a difference as have the long distance sunnies for driving

I am tired of buying glasses and having it with new lens, I explain and explain and explain to them that I want my glasses lens made to be able to see my computer screen they test and test my eyes and still end up giving me me a lens that I would use to read a newspaper up in my face now they say I need something called intermediate glasses so I am having 3 glasses I am fed up. They said I should I told them that I need it for computer when I took the test I said please please don't make the same mistakes and give me a glasses to read the newspaper because I don't, give me glasses to see my computer screen, what did I get from a 3.25 I got a +5.25 now they say I need intermediate which is something they don't tell you about, fed up
