Positive Experience

I have read some very negative reviews about Subtel GmbH and I don't doubt that the customers concerned had bad luck and a terrible experience, which sucks. I had the same sort of terrible experience with Wish, and promptly unsubscribed as a customer. Anyway, my experience with Subtel was much better. I ordered a new lithium-ion battery pack for my laptop. It was half the price of the alternatives I found online and was delivered in two days in good condition, so I think they did a great job.

Revived my old Walkman!

The cable I ordered to revive my old Walkman arrived and works as promised! Very happy about it, although it does have a bit of a smell... I suspect either the plastic of the cable itself or some sort of bittering agent to stop babies from eating cords. Either way, Super happy that I managed to revive my Walkman and get it back into rotation!

Good product, delivery as said, take some longer because it came from abroad, but still within a week.
I am pleased and the battery and the loader for my JVC camera are working as promised.

A very bad experiences with subtel.nl.
I’ve orderd a batery(2 and charger) for mijn Canon77d.One of the batery fits the other was bigger so,i had to pull it out with a tool.After this bad try i decided to turn my order back.But....there came the other problem.I had to pay the track and trace-7.25€ .When i asked Subtel.nl to pay me this money back-they refused.Which means that a product of Subtel.nl with rerour will cost you more money.Be aware of that before you make any orders.Do not by a cheap battery and go for original ones

thank you for your review. The shipping to the Netherlands takes 2-3 working days. The weekend is not included. According to GLS your package was delivered on the third working day after handover.

ordered dell 7440 battery on 26/05/2020…

ordered dell 7440 battery on 26/05/2020 at 11.07am. as per website it is supposed to be delivered with 2-3 working days but the shipped on 28/05/2020 exactly after 3 working days than their courier GLS is still in process of delivering (in transit)on 03/06/2020. kindly dont order if you needed the product in fewer time than 2 weeks as i as am cursing myself why i ordered it as in same amount there were options for next day delivery. furthermore i contacted them to cancel my order as i have already sourced it and they told me i have to resend the product and bear the cost of it which i refused but still a pathetic service.

Thanks for the review. We are sorry that the parcel wasn't shipped on time. On our website we had a note back then that every now and then there can be delays in the process because of Corona. This concerns especially the shipping service providers. If a delivery arrives too late, the acceptance can be refused. In this case the shipment will be sent back at our expense.

I did not receive anything yet ... I should have received the product on May 15 and today is 26 and I still do not receive it !!! I hope to receive a reply or a refund.

Taken my money and no delivery.

I waited four weeks from placing my order to allow for the current difficulties, before sending an email to customer services and have not received a reply to that a further two weeks on. Not even an automated 'we acknowledge your email' one.
Very disappointing after good service in the past.
