Huawei P20 - Screen Protector

Extremely bad service

I bought a new battery for my MPhone, however it appeared to be broken once arrived. As it arrived on a Saturday, I called the office on Monday to asking how to changeing the non-working one for a working one. They said they needed a full day to discussing how to dealing with this! I said I had to leave the country from that eve on so needed a quick reply. This they did not do. The next day, when I was abroad already they send me an email that I was able to send the battery back to them, however I myself had to pay for the costs to sending it back, whereas THEY provided me with a non-working product. Furthermore I had to send it back within ten days of time (which is odd as their webside says that product guarantee lasts three years), whereas I said I was abroad for three weeks, so unable to do that. Moreover, they did not offer to replace the broken battery. All in all, no battery, only costs for sending back the product, meaning an extremely bad service. The woman answering the phone was not polite at all too, did not listen to me, nor said who she was. I would not ever buy anything ever from this webshop again. Maybe its okay when the product is fine, but there is no service once something is wrong

This is a pure scam

This is a pure scam. Ordered a battery on 7.november, now seven weeks later I still haven't received it. No tracking code, so never been sent.

nooit iets kopen van subtel

I have ordered mini USB car charger from SUBTEL electronics. I never experienced such bad service in my life. Article was sent only in two weeks instead of two days as promised on the web site. I received completely different charger. Telephone service is not accessible. I had to sent the wrong article back on my own costs.
I advise everybody DO NOT OPRDER anything from SUBTEL
