My ongoing experience with Luscombe…
My initial experience with Luscombe Suzuki was during the shooting of a video, as we gathered the views of its customers. I was hugely impressed at that time and, when it came to acquiring my next new car, Luscombe Suzuki became my preferred dealer...even though I reside in Lincolnshire (70mls away!). I have never known a motor dealership that provides such a personal, friendly, empathetic and unpressured quality of service. Its array of top awards suggests that I am not alone in my view. As its tagline states (paraphrased): "We don't sell you cars, we help you to buy them..."

I have just recently bought my second new car from Luscombe’s,I traded in my Vitara which I bought new four years ago from Luscombe’s,I came back to Luscombe’s as the service I received then was excellent and once again this time it was just the same,the sales executive James Healey was excellent and he kept me updated on everything and I couldn’t fault him he was very good at his job.To come back to Luscombe’s at Leeds when I live sixty miles away just shows what a great company they have ,thanks again regards P Brookes

A True Family Dealership.
As usual this dealership performed excellently throughout the whole servicing experience. The courtesy car was ready and waiting sanitised for me to drive away, the video of the safety check on my car is very useful and is clear proof of the care they take when servicing the car.
