Great Service
My car was collected from my home at the time advised, full service carried out, video of details e-mailed to me to see, staff contacted me to advise when it would be returned and it was delivered back washed and vacuumed. All staff very polite, efficient and friendly, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My third good experience.
This is the third car I have bought from Luscombe Suzuki and I have always had excellent service. No one tries to talk you into buying anything you don’t want. They are true to their word and don’t make false promises. They are polite and helpful. This is why I keep returning to them.

Vehicle picked up and returned
My car was picked up and returned, the driver even offered to make the call so payment could be made. As someone who is hard of hearing, the offer to make the call for me was greatly appreciated. The service provided was perfect.

Yet another Suzuki from Luscombe
This is the 4th car that we have bought from Luscombe Suzuki and as with previous dealings the sales executive went out of his way to accommodate our requirements, helped by the sales manager. I collected the car on 22nd April and it had been cleaned thoroughly and very well prepared. Having bought Suzuki’s previously via Luscombe I know that the service department will look after the car whenever it is required. I can’t recommend Luscombe highly enough.

Bought a used suzuki swift at Leeds dealership. Car was as discribed by Shaun, mint as new condition. 500 mile round trip from my home was well worth it. I would like to thank Shaun who answered my request on a Friday evening and the deal was done Saturday morning. Thank you all. In 43 years of driving one of the best dealership I have dealt with.

Software upgrade
Dropped off my Suzuki Vitara for a software recall. It was so efficient, I left the car and had a little walk, 35 minutes later I got a cheery call to say it was all done. Super quick and the covid restrictions were adhered to safely.

Luscombe's - Lockdown Purchase
I bought a Dacia Sandero Stepway from Luscombe Suzuki Leeds during lockdown and the car was delivered on time and to spec as agreed with the Assistant Sales Manger.
I was not able to travel to see or test drive the car, but I probably saw more of the car (including a video of the underneath) than I would have in person.
This is a reputable garage and has a refreshing attitude to sales - there is no 'push' from the sales team, which would have pushed me in the opposite direction. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new or used car.
