Excellent service.
I had my Suzuki Celerio serviced and Mot’d with Suzuki this week. From booking the car in to getting the job complete was seamless. At the last minute I was unable to deliver the car myself. Suzuki managed to arrange collection at short notice and as ever customer service was top class. Thanks so much, you are all such a credit to the company.

Exceptional Service From Faaz!
My daughter’s car was written off outside her place of work. As a frontline worker we needed a replacement fast. As usual we were worried about choosing the right car and a reputable dealer. We made the right choice in choosing to deal with Faaz at Luscombe. From our initial contact Faaz was exceptional and put us at ease. He answered all our questions and even went in person to check the car had the Android connection my daughter wanted - he even made a video and sent it to us! He ensured the car was ready and delivered to our home in Harrogate within the week. Cannot recommend Luscombe and Faaz enough. Thank you for excellent service in this difficult time.

Great dealership
This year, because of shielding due to the pandemic, Luscombe’s arranged for my car to be collected for its annual service. The staff are always so friendly and professional. I have been with them for a number of years and I have always been more than happy with the service I received. Just missed seeing everyone. Thank you once again and hope next year I can get down and say “Hi” in person.

My car was dealt with efficiently, and I have no issues at all, was kept informed of the servicing and am perfectly satisfied, also the ladies I spoke to were very pleasant indeed. Arranging the collection and returning the car back to me went very smoothly.
