Excellent service on 3 occasions that I have used them. Easy to order and fast delivery.

Poor. Ordered a knife with my son's name and number on it. They sent the wrong colour without any name or number. Wrote an email and got no response. Wrote a message through their website and still got no response. Ignorant company.

Absolutely superb service, I managed to break the pliars on my xmas gift from the wife. Three weeks later, it's back and as good as new. Cannot rate highly enough

Ordered 2 knives, one engraved. Happy with the quality of the knives. The engraving looks good but the handle was left wavy on the top of the writing. Delivery was fast but there is no way to track your order.

Found them doing a Google search for a Swiss Army knife to replace a lost item. Their prices are the best I could find and an order was made. I realised that there was something else I could have and the next day I rang to see if I could amend the order. This was done without any fuss and did not impact on the delivery which was to be honest very quick. I would not hesitate in my recommendation of these people based on my recent experience and would without doubt use their services again.
