Non existent customer service, not fit for car
Carpets advertised as factory fit for the car. Fittings used on it are not fit for the car model and type. No response from customer service team. Not recommended.

Poor quality product and awful customer service. The workmanship was terrible, the logo badges had been sewn on crooked, the stitching was poor and the mats were thin despite paying etc for the premium ultimate material. They don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails and when they do nothing happens so you email them again and get no reply. Eventually someone called Miles got back to me and apologised and said they would resupply and upgrade the material quality as a gesture of good will. I have heard nothing since that email and they are back to not replying. Do not use this company. Wish I had read all the poor reviews they have received before ordering.

Ordered a bespoke set of car mats on 6 December as a Christmas present and was given a final delivery date of 16 December but only delivered on 23 December, after chasing up the order. The mats were not fit for purpose. Wrong shape for the car even though I gave the reg. details and Taylor Car Mats told me the make and model of the car. I asked for a refund under the consumer laws and they wanted to send me a replacement set. 20 emails passed between us; they kept asking to supply new mats and I kept asking for a refund. In the end I opened a dispute through PayPal and today PayPal have refunded my money. It’s taken 36 days to get my money back. So, If you want hassle, buy from them. If you don’t STAY WELL CLEAR

I ordered 2 sets of mats for my 2 cars. The Kuga mats were thin and cheap looking and the Peugeot were totally the wrong fit.
So I called the number and left messages, sent numerous emails stating that I wanted to return the mats for a full refund. I received an email stating they would send me another set of mats which I didn't ask for. The mats they sent were damaged so I emailed again and sent photos of damaged mats. They then tried to send me yet another set of mats (this would be the 4th set) but luckily my husband was home and refused to accept them.
I sent a letter of complaint stating my consumer rights and gave them 14 days to act. I also contacted a legal team through my work.
I finally got my full refund yesterday through PayPal as I took the dispute up with them and the case went in my favour.
I WOULD NOT recommend this company, they are so unprofessional!
Rubbish mats and customer service.
Delivered on time, the only good aspect. Payed for best quality and received mats only 7 mm thick which wore through in 2 weeks. Payed extra for leather edging but got 0.5 mm thick fabric, part of which was not attached to the mats. Mats were the wrong shape for my car and far too small. Took very long to respond to my complaints with photos. They agreed to supply replacement mats to the correct specifications, but they did not do this or refund.

Bad quality and slow delivery
Paid for some car mats took over a week to get delivered even though it said express delivery that I paid for.
When they arrived the mats have no fittings and they look cheap and nasty in fact I would probably only pay £10 for them they are really bad

If I could give a minus star I would. Ordered a set of car mats. Tracked order as was taking ages. Delivery left on front door step overnight as was not home. They were obviously stolen. Reported to company, in fact many times reported and they finally responded, but I had moved home in between, told them this but they still sent out to old address. Told them to collect them and refund money as this has now been eight weeks where they have my money and I don’t have the mats. Latest email from them simply says....”We can not refund you can collect from that place .

A dreadful company
A dreadful company. Mats ordered Feb 2022, but driver's side mat does not fix into place. Still awaiting a resolution July 2022. Dreadful communication. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid this company.

Chose this company as I needed the mats in a hurry and they offered next day delivery.
Ordered 17th June, finally arrived 25th June...INCORRECT! no reinforced heel pad. Contacted immediately (these were a gift and needed by a specific date), with a very quick response. I was told this would now be passed on to their production team. With no further response I followed up with two more emails. I finally got a response today (9th July)... more than 3 weeks after the mats were to be gifted.
I basically gave up 3 days ago and the mats were put in situ. The response today was offering a £4.99 refund (the cost of reinforced heel pad) ... I'm not sure how this will help?... can I actually buy reinforced heel pads and stick them on my incorrect mats??? ...
How about you just send me a new set... the correct set? With no further inconvenience or embarrassment to me.

I ordered and paid for car mats on 6 June 2022. Never received a tracking number or anything. Mats supposed to be ready in less than one week. I have called and once only someone answered phone and lied that the mats were with Hermes for delivery and they must have list them. He promised to send me an email but nothing!! Now no one answers the phone at all. I will be opening a claim in my PayPal account. They should be blocked from trading.
