I have been going to various outlets…
I have been going to various outlets since they started so clearly to an extent satisfied. I've nothing on top so go for a zero and beard trim. My issue is the care and attention that was standard x years ago which made the difference between paying £10 any old where is gone. A wet shave around the neck used to be standard. Now mostly it's a machine. I don't care which is a closer shave it's about the experience. And the massages! Seriously just leave it out. Disinterested caressing of an arm is more creepy than relaxing.

Worst haircut ever…
Worst haircut I have ever gotten…the bangs on the left side of my head are longer than the right and everything is blended horribly. Definitely not worth the price

Terrible haircut
Went to the Theobald’s Road branch today. Asked for about two inches off my hair and ended up being scalped, with about seven inches off instead, even though I showed the guy a photo of what I wanted. Another of the barbers had to step in and take over. My long hair is now not far off a short back and sides. Will not be going back ever again.

Ted Baker High St Kensington Grooming at its best!
I have been using Ted Baker grooming rooms for many years now, however seeing a new shop had recently opened closer to me I thought I would give them a try - I was greeted with a very friendly welcome by Marcia who kindly took my coat and offered me a drink, I was happy to take her up on the offer and opted for a coffee. I then took a seat and took my usual option of a haircut and a beard trim with Radouane, a very friendly and professional barber, I described what I usually have and how I wanted my hair and beard and he delivered an excellent cut which was as good as my regular cut if not a bit better! - amazing quality of service and I will certainly be returning to Kensington soon. Well done!

Had my haircut this morning at your Berwick street branch and how i am so disappointed. The barber who cut my hair done a really bad job. The way he was cutting it was like you was in a back street barber charging you £5 and to rub salt into the wound, it costs £40. I certainly won't be coming back. This barber in questioning should either go on on a course to learn how to cut hair properly or leave the industry!

Ozzie at Cabot Place Canary Wharf is amazing. He is one of only two barbers I will be asking for personally. I have previously written a review directly to Ted's and this time wany to make it official.
