Had some nailcare done at the Oxford street store, really well looked after and great service it’s the perfect way to finish off a self care afternoon.

For £65 and buying a treatment called “The Full Ted Sevice” I would have expected to be in the for longer than 32 minutes. The haircut was quick, felt rushed and to be honest looks no different to my local £14 barber. The shave was slightly better, but the hot towel treatment and “massage” took no more than 3 minutes and they didn’t do the ear torching which is specified on the listing.
Way, way, way overpriced for what you get and the overall experience. I won’t be going back and suggest you look for other places which will do a better job for half the price.

Hit and miss here to be honest. Great on one visit: Massage, ear burn, drink, hot towel and hair cut (45 mins minimum) Next time just a fast cut lasting 30 leaving it uneven and, weirdly, looking longer than when I walked in! £40 is a LOT of money. Wish I were on £80 per hour.

I’m someone who never bothers leaving reviews to be honest
Whether it’s good or bad but this experience I felt I had to….
Recommended by a friend that it’s the best experience I then thought as I needed a haircut I’ll give it a try.
But it was honestly just a carcrash
Walked in a was meant by a huge sigh…..and “ok go sit in the chair”
(The person cutting my hair clearly wasn’t in the mood)
Then as sat down he went through my hair telling me it’s so damaged and “maybe look after your hair more”…..
I believe I do….
He was unsatisfied in how I wanted it cut ….( no I’m not doing that it won’t suit you)…….I agreed he should do what’s best just out of sheer intimidation.
I then had my hair washed which was scolding hot water and I moved my head and said sorry that’s so hot it’s insane, to which he replied “ stop fidgeting and just stay still”
He was extremely aggressive throughout the whole experience and just s very unpleasant person…. It was obvious something had happened to him that day but unfortunately he took it out on me.
At the end he said I NEED to leave a tip to which I replied no I don’t have to….to then him saying whatever bye…….
I always find it hard to find the right barber but this was just s truly horrific experience and I’ll never be going to this place again

Horrific. One trick ponies. Can only just crop your hair to a standard short style. No ability for anything else.
They massacred my longer hair despite being asked specifically to keep my hair longer.

I had a manicure and haircut at the Mortimer St “VIP” grooming room before a job interview. The manicure was competent but the manicurist didn’t have a dedicated area to work in with any sort of bar or surface to rest customers’ hands on. There was nowhere to rest my hand while she worked except on her knee, which I was not comfortable with at all. The manicure was fine but I couldn’t wait for the experience to end.
The haircut was very good (which is why I’m giving this 2* instead of 1*), but Ted Baker use square sinks instead of those special hair salon sinks and the barber got my trousers wet when he was washing my hair. No apology or anything. He may not have noticed but I certainly did.
I won’t be back.
Good well designed locations, Courtesy on arrival, Comprehensive, thorough yet swift service, with Good Equipment, nice Lotions along with a Hot Towel and an arm massage. Their barbers are consistently Competent, well trained and Skilled although on this occasion Firat Kir (Fulham Road) was exceptional.. thank you. CH
I was served by Yassine in Bloomsbury and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect haircut and trim. 15 times I have used Ted all have been good but Yassine was excellent and by far the best.
Fantastic service from Gokhan Ucak at the St Pauls location. Left looking and smelling great, with my beard lined up nicely.
Slightly more than average quality, yet 3x prices. They don't have a direct number for each store, so they're saving lots of money for this. The waiting time for the Customer Service line is huge, meaning they're saving lots of money here too. And as all this were not enough, for some unknown reason they charge you £6 if you wish to book an appointment
I was late <10 minutes for a n hour long pre-paid appointment. Barber was speaking to someone else on my arrival, did not pay any attention to me for the next 10 minutes, and subsequently told me I missed my appointment.
When I said I have a booking he was not even aware of it.
Complete waste of my time.
Hair cut literally ruined my mood for an entire week. Had to postpone a photoshoot.
They just don't listen or have passion. Always end up cutting it too short. It's like they're programmed to do the same style.
Teds grooming room is great to keep your grooming intact.
Not only that but great customer service.
Good feeling like a spa treatment.
Makes you feel special.
Amazing experience, friendly staff and got a ten out of 10 treatment by Bertan. Will definitely be coming again.
